I always thought freemasonry was conspiracy but that was from reading a bunch of royal bloodline and conspiracy books when I was in the 7th grade. I have freemasons in my family on my mother and fathers side but im not close with any of them.My cousin who lives in another state sent my mom a bunch of pictures of his ceremony he moved up a degree master mason level he had a white apron on I honestly have no clue on what that means. All I can say is he’s rich has a good life and brags every time he buys a new porche or home. But I’m happy for him he’s a marine as well and has worked very hard for what he has. All I can really say is I’m sure it’s a plus to be included in such a strong and tight brotherhood. @JCast If you do some serious research without going to (the nice way to call them) fringe websites and talk to freemasons about it. It really is just a men’s networking group with ceremonial trappings. A lot of focus is placed on self development and brotherhood. They do require you to believe in something, but religion is usually chucked out the door. You also can also always leave if you feel it is not for you. It creates a big sense of community. You can be a Mason in New York and fly to a lodge in Texas and be greeted with open arms. Great way to meet people from all walks of life.
I am not a Mason, but had a boss and family friends who are one and did some serious research because I thought about joining, but decided not to for time reasons.
Each Masonic lodge is different and it’s a very decentralized organization.

@JCast Why don’t you set up a special club or group ?.You could be the leader of this amazing group. You could call it the Chamber of Inner Secrets.
By giving your little club an alluring name everyone will want to join.
If you want it to be men only perhaps call it the Spice Boys ? The Golden Boys ? Alpha Men Forever ?
