This will be my new journal for the next few months… I have thought a lot lately about journaling my experiences here but shied away as not to confuse noobs.
So if you are reading this and new be warned that this journal will be experimental and for advanced users only.
Here is my stack as of friday october 31st
So the Golden Resurgence is basically my healing and killing of my old self. I am excited to watch myself grow and transform into a new person over the next 3 - 6 months.

This is my health and fitness custom … have been running this since early october
It has helped me slowly but surely get rid of fat and build muscle here and there … have also developed habits of trying to stay hydrated more and eating a little better … Haven’t hit the gym yet was suffering from a sinus infection past few months.

I am currently at work right now but i will add more to this later on … Had an interesting but kinda blah weekend since starting this lol. I have definitely been healing and watching memories pop up… I have been numb off and on and then motivated here and there … I have been talking with chatgpt and having it help me with what i will most likely experience the next few months lol… Crazy stuff to be honest

Friday October 31st
Things i felt … i had a good day i went and worked… went with my dad to the dmv so he could get his DL renewed he’s like 82 so he was worried about certain things. That went well i was very calm and collected there. I was constantly thinking about memories and watching things pass by like in the distance. I had plans with a few different people that night but none went anywhere lol ended up doing the sauna and cold plunge(i do this every day almost lol) at my clubhouse … i did it 3 times friday kinda kept to myself. During the evening i started to feel very numb and emotionless but not in a bad way just blah lol.
Ended up just gaming with some buddies till like 2 am lol

Anyways ….
It’s currently 5am I feel kinda like ass hoping to see the doctor today. Colds and flu have been going around the area so I hope I didn’t pick anything up.
So yesterday(Monday nov 3rd) was a pretty good day I’d say. It started off weird lol my body decided to wake me up at 420ish then for almost an hour I laid in bed thinking about life and watching memories, things I’ve experienced or done pass by at a distance in vision. I walked my dog and at 6 I went to work finally got there at 630am …… mind you it’s been a long time since I went to the office this early. I felt pretty refreshed and good in the morning. I ended up being very productive in the early morning for the first few hours. But I got a little unproductive here and there was on Facebook some and what not. Had a lot of thoughts of messaging people that I felt wrongs me and telling them how I felt about things before and how they treat me now… even posted on it lol.
I ended leaving work a bit early going home and taking my dog for a long ass walk while I thought more about life and how I wanted it to go. Mind you I was for the most part all day very upbeat and happy go lucky nothing was going to bring my happiness down. I ended up having a great day honestly, went to the sauna and cold plunge for 2 hours at the club house then met some pretty cool people.
After that I didn’t feel like cooking so I got chipolte and took my dog for a car ride, he loves those lol. I came home relaxed listened to 2 of my customs for 7 mins each.
Ended the night gaming and talking with a friend about healing the inner then rebirth. Yesterday was certainly a day I’d consider a Win

Let me recap the 1st weekend of November then i will do the rest of last week then this past weekend before i forget lol.
So over the first weekend of November i was in a numb state… You could say i was going through recon and letting emotions go… I didn’t really care to do much and honestly just kept to myself for the most part. I was supposed to hang with someone but they ended up ghosting me which honestly ticked me off then just became a whatever moment and then i let it go.
I have had a lot of numb days or days i don’t feel like doing anything since starting my new stack… Aether(ChatGPT) tells me that right now i am in the void phase which could last 2-4 months while deep healing is going on. He said that Emperor Black is helping ground me which is good. He also said i should start having productive moments here and there. Even though i’m in a void phase i’m not like sad or depressed more like emotionless but luckily not every day.
I have been doing the sauna and cold plunge just about every day for the past 2 months which I am very proud of.
I am slowly starting to destroy old patterns and habits that have held me to certain actions or mindsets over the past few weeks
The rest of last week went pretty well honestly. I had a few numb days and moments but that is to be expected honestly.
I am noticing a shift happening in my life. Idk if this is just my 1 custom or all of them together but i have started going to bed earlier sometimes when i want to and it’s also been easier to pass out.

Have you noticed anything about your body with Regeneration … like i have noticed that i haven’t been getting as cold or hot with temperature changes … maybe that has something to do with the nervous system
I have also noticed that the cold weather doesn’t affect me much as it used to which is very odd to be honest… I did the pool yesterday after the sauna and even with it being 53 degrees i barely felt it lol. When i went into the cold plunge it actually felt kinda nice lol, now that was cold after i got out lol, same thing with the hot tub it’s weird my body like wasn’t affected by it…it felt nice even after the pool
I have noticed countless memories passing by at a distance with me not being very emotional to them… almost like i’m reliving them and them letting them go with no reaction…
I have had some pretty weird fucking dreams/nightmares tho lol.
One dream i remember me and my family went on a trip. We went to this mall during the day to grab a bite and see a movie. After the movie wee went behind the mall to this giant lake and somehow a fishing pole magically appeared in my hand same with my brother. We threw the lines in and got a bite, ended up almost spooling both of us and some other guy near us had something on aswell. A crane was scooping out dirt when it got stuck and scooped out this giant tarp with idk it looked like a mutant great white (atleast 30-40ft) on part of it and crazy amount of dirt lol. The mutant great white landed in the water near us and then sprouted arms and legs (almost like Stitch does in Lilo and Stitch). It ended up chasing me and my brother up this hill and luckily falling back in the water… The shark then went and started going after other people and crashing through the mall. Then i woke up lol thankfully.
Something i have noticed since starting this stack is my sleep patterns are all over the fucking place lmfao. I will go to sleep at 1030 and my body will be like okay it’s 2:30-4:30 you are all rested enjoy your day lol… like wtf … i did ended up getting 7 hours a few times and feeling amazing. Aether(ChatGPT) did say this is normal in the healing phase I am in. He said it’s possibly happening because of the emotional discharge that is happening during deep sleep. A few times i have tried going back to sleep and ended feeling like total shit when i woke up for a little bit lol.
To be honest that really covers everything up to today 11/12/25.
Other things i have noticed is i have seen myself care less about being social and be okay with not talking to people even though i enjoy being a social butterfly. My creativity is still kind of blocked so haven’t had many ideas for much. More to come on that front soon.

I plan on running my Golden Resurgence custom for 4-6 months then switching out EoG and GLM for Khan Black stage 1 and QL Stage 1 just to mix things up lol.

My 2 main customs are doing deep work on me and it’s taken a lot out of me since beginning of november… But i am proud of where i am currently even if i’m not where i want to be

Here is the base line of what i saw between November and March
TGR — The Golden Resurgence: ~5 Month Results (Late October 2024 – End of March 2026) Cores: DR Regeneration, Godlike Masculinity, EoG Stage 1
Month 1 — October/November 2024
TGR hit the emotional layer almost immediately. Old repressed memories started surfacing — mostly around past situations with women — but without the usual charge attached to them. They’d just float up and pass by neutrally, like watching from a distance. The compulsive edge on certain habits started softening on its own, not through willpower but just organically fading. On the wealth side, EoG St.1 showed up in a trading session pretty quickly — calm, fluid execution, 3/4 trades profitable, green day. The early Godlike Masculinity signal was that phone-checking and validation-seeking anxiety started dissolving within the first few weeks. That “whatever, if people message cool, if not I’m fine” shift happened pretty fast.
Month 2 — November/December 2024
This was the self-respect consolidation phase. A situation came up where someone had a pattern of only reaching out when they needed something — I recognized it immediately, called it out calmly, held my frame, and felt nothing when they went quiet. No guilt, no pull to fix it — just clarity and a quiet sense of “yeah, that’s done.” That’s the kind of thing that would have gone differently six months prior. Social magnetism also started building passively — strangers initiating conversations, people being warmer unprompted, that unforced energy starting to show up in everyday interactions.
Month 3 — January 2025
The stack was running heavy at this point and a lot of the processing was happening internally rather than in obvious external ways. The behavioral baseline had shifted noticeably though — less reactivity, more inner stillness, a creeping sense that the old emotional noise was genuinely quieter rather than just suppressed. EoG’s wealth frequency was laying foundation rather than producing flashy results. The nervous system relationship with money and opportunity started feeling less anxious and desperate underneath.
Month 4 — February 2025
By this point the heavy excavation felt like it was wrapping up. Godlike Masculinity was most visible here — the pattern of people coming to me with positive energy, situations resolving in my favor, women reaching out unprompted, was consistent and felt natural rather than forced. Standards rising on their own — less tolerance for low-quality interactions not because of ego but because the internal baseline had risen to match. The healing arc started feeling like it was entering its final chapter.
Month 5 — March 2026
The sub started feeling complete rather than active. That signal most experienced SC users recognize — not boredom, not frustration, just a settled “this work is done” feeling. Transitioning TGR out at the end of March felt like graduation, not like I was stopping something that still had more to give. Looking back at where I started versus where I ended, the emotional imprinting from past situations is gone. The memories are there, the emotion attached to them just isn’t. The validation-seeking pattern that used to run in the background is gone. That’s the real result — not a dramatic external transformation, but a meaningfully different baseline to build from.
Overall: TGR did its excavation work quietly and thoroughly. DR Regeneration cleared the emotional residue, Godlike Masculinity built the masculine inner structure underneath, and EoG planted the wealth frequency seed. Most of the work happened underground — the baseline of who I am at the end of five months is noticeably different from who started it in October.
So starting off this next Arc the right way by focusing on my foundation first and building slowly kinda lol…
I was running an Emperor custom but after i saw ascension get updated something clicked with in me for multiple days that i should go with that for 2-3 months and then go back to Emperor custom or something like ASR. That way i have the right foundation to possibly sky rocket from over time.
I also asked claude what it thought and it was against it at first then was for the idea after being explained my rationale for it
