Feedback on stack

Hi everyone,

New here! Female academic and just started implementing ascension for women, inner circle and limitless-executive. I am currently listening to ascension for women overnight, and incorporating limitless-executive when I work on tasks.

Goals are primarily related to increasing my status, appeal, and productivity. I have throughout my life been a fairly introverted but highly independent person who keeps to herself so focusing on increasing my influence, networking, people wanting to work with me, contributing things of value, and bringing in high vibe, secure friends, colleagues, and hopefully a partner.

Within the past few years, I have increasingly struggled with focus and completing tasks to a frustrating degree so advice on how to implement limitless executive and/or the other two to accomplish this would be great.

Do you think this stack aligns with my goals? I woke up to an exciting work related email and felt generally more confident after I listened to ascension overnight.

Has anyone used limitless executive or ascension to increase their productivity? How did it go?

Should be a good stack.

Make sure you aren’t looping these when listening overnight. Follow the recommended listen patterns

I listened to it as part of my stack in 2022 and here’s my journal from then:

I did read the recommendations but later in the document they said that some people do benefit from listening overnight, which I thought was standard? What happens if you listen overnight?

Please note, the recommended listening schedule at the moment is microloops until sweet spot - start off with a single title at 30 seconds, then increase by 10 to 30 seconds the subsequent listens, every other day, until you hit a sweet spot that isn’t too intense (too many reconciliation symptoms such as headaches, moodiness, etc.) yet yields good results (this can be harder to notice as a beginner, so use reconciliation as a gauge initially).

Thank you for letting me know! I will hold off listening tonight then. I was just thinking that I am feeling excited and motivated but to the high degree that I cannot focus on my actual task so I do wonder if that is a byproduct of listening too much on the first day and overnight.

Yes, you don’t want to overexpose with the latest technology level. The instructional manual needs some updating, however most of the other information is good. You can also take a read at our support portal and the masterclass for more information.

I played the ultrasonic version on loop on my phone throughout the night.

You’re playing a looped title throughout the night.

Recommendation for beginners is maybe 30s-3min, 3 days a week? You’ve listened to multiple hours.

You’re definitely overloaded and IMHO need to listen to even less than the recommendations for a week or so, to process all that.

I would take 3 days off to let it all process, and then resume with 30s each of Ascension For Women and Limitless Executive for another week, and then go back to a 3 title stack in 2 weeks.

I would even suggest a full wash out of a week and start fresh!

Have people actually experienced serious negative side effects from overnight listening?

Overnight listening is basically just one form of overexposure.

I experienced this last winter, when I started. I listened to full loops consistently. Sometimes a few consecutive days.

I was just rereading my old journal from last year. It was brutal. I had problems expressing myself, I was highly irritated, etc.

Believe us, a short washout of 5 days is the best thing you can do to yourself.

I think if you did that once “accidentally” you’ll be okay after a few days rest, but doing that consistently will definitely be harmful in my opinion.

Have you read about stonewalling?

My fiancée wanted to “fix herself faster” by listening to subliminals 5x a day instead of 3x a week and all it did was make her anxious, cry, extremely emotional. Once she washed out and started listening properly, she started to become a much happier person.
