Favorite energetic training systems?

What are y’all’s favorite systems for building inner power and internal energy? Anything from magnetism, meditation, etc.

tl;dr - Flow state = presence/mindfulness = releasing identification to false and limiting beliefs = magnetism = {the list continues}

We give away so much energy mentally, emotionally, and physically (in the form of excessive stress) when we over-identify with beliefs that diminish our internal locus of control. When that sense of power is weakened, we are simply met with more perceived limitations.

Disengaging from that identification frees up so much energy to go towards what we actually desire to experience.

I just started qi gong, too early to post results tho.

I wanted to get into Kriya yoga, but feels like I should start the qi gong route since kriya is pretty high voltage.

Just surrendering. I found that for me the energy just starts building and I’m not doing anything. But they say it’s hard to do nothing.

My favorite system is goal-setting.

I’ll set a goal, and start doing the internal work for it.

Example: Manifesting a fulfilling romantic relationship.

The internal work builds inner power because of what you learn along the way and the limitations you overcome. You level up every time.

In the case of the romantic relationship example, you’ll have to heal trauma of past toxic relationships, or overcome limiting beliefs about whether or not it’s even possible for you to attract someone, or learn to love yourself and upgrade your self-perception, realize a higher level of agency, etc. There’s tons of internal work required for you to manifest your goal, and that’s the beauty of it. This may not even seem like a “system” because it’s basic goal-setting, but goals are often unknowingly the means for growth.

Sometimes you even outgrow your goal. Those are the best ones.

After you achieve your goal, you’ll have grown so much. You’ll have overcome limitations within yourself that don’t come back. So what’s next? You raise the bar even higher. You set a new goal, and you overcome your limitations surrounding that. You just keep growing, and growing, and growing. And you also get to enjoy your goals as you achieve them. And if you outgrow your goal, then you’ll get to enjoy the empowered or developed state of that growth. That can influence what goals you choose next.

It’s a fantastic system.
