EXPERIMENTAL Microloop / ZPU Listening Instructions

Im doing all 3 back to back. The new experimental listening is working for me.

Dr:Reg 2m
AM custom 30s
Ql4 30s

When i need a productivity boost i sometimes add EE 30s

Dr: Regeneration helps with the processing

I tried putting dr:r at the end of my stack for a week, I did not get the same smooth results.

So for me, first dr:r then the others

Anyone at full loops yet? I started my stack 3 months ago and still hovering at 3-5m. I don’t know if I will ever get there at this pace.

I seem to stick around the 3-5 min range too, especially if running more then one subs.

Occasionally throw in a 7, or 15 min loop of my main title if I have the space for it, holidays, time off work etc. Never brings crushing recon, but seems to just take longer to process then the 3-5 with more need for rest days. Personally prefer the consistency and being able to run title more often so stick with the 3-5 for the most part.

It’s not a competition to see who is finishing full loops.

I only judge based on my results.

If less listening gives me good results, i wont change listening times for a month, after that i slowly increase .

Remember, forget the ego only results.

Bro results and growth are all that matters with these subs.

Regardless of listening time, are you getting results?

To what extent (check the copy)?

What is the nature of the recon?

How long does it take to process?

Then based on your answer you can determine listening time. I find you can get deep results at any listening time.

I used Wanted at around 0-30s and damn near executed everything in the copy from my second listening. Never used Wanted before now.

I did with my previous stack. This go around I want to enjoy the climb a little more, so I’m taking a slower approach with smaller adjustments. Doubt I’ll hit full loops again until the end of the year, which is right before my wash out.

You misunderstand I don’t care about all of that haha I am just wondering if someone gets to the full script or not.

Because most people don’t spend 2-3 months with a subliminal in the first place.

Thats very interesting and is what I really want to know.

If I stick with lower amounts I can still get the full benefits or will I be missing some modules or aspects listed in the sales description.

It depends on your definition of ā€œwhole scriptā€.
Saint stated that subs are built in quadrants.
Each quadrant has the full script, meaning all the objectives, but each stage offers more, building upon the base of the quadrants that came before.
So the full script that contains everything is only given in the last quadrant, meaning you would need to listen to the full 15 minutes to get every bit of information.

But it’s like with math. Starting your journey with PhD grade math will do you no good. You’ll need to start with elementary school grade math to understand highschool math. Only then you can college math classes. And only then you can understand PhD math.

Knowing this, it’s better to keep listening times in the lower quadrants until you mastered the content. And all the features are there already.

Also quadrant length is individual for each sub. So there’s no definite numbers.

Depends on the title. With Paragon I do 15m.

From my experience you won’t miss anything.

It depends on how much of the script you can/have embody.

The more you embody, the faster you process and express the script with lesser recon.

Listening for longer time just deepens the embodiment of the script.

Think of it as leveling up

Let’s say your character is on lvl 29, you can’t force your way to lvl 50 in one go without going through some extremely harsh experience, which may even cause you to lose the character depending on the difficulty of the game.

Hence, you end up not leveling up at all.

OR You can gradually climb levels making sure to explore the depth of every level to its fullest. This builds mastery and I find if you experience it once, you can speed level any other character down the line.

Relating to sub use, take a look at users that stuck to transformative subs for a long time. Embodying the concepts in other subs become easier for them I.e they seem to have higher ā€œflow factorā€. All they did was take the time to master their character.

Another way you can go is alternating seasons of compression and expansion. Dedicated seasons of hard leveling, then equal seasons of exploration. But with the new tech, this method is almost obsolete, unless it relates to your larger life cycles/seasons.

With anti-recon and NSE, leveling and exploration have been practically shown to be two sides of the same coin, and naturally happen at the same time.

In these cases, leveling is reconciliation and healing, while exploration is expression and embodiment (practical & philosophical) of the script.

Little update as I’ve been doing the new listening pattern, with 2 some times 3 days.

One major key im learning is to implement more rest days for once. Can be challenging sometimes, but I’m finding much stronger results on the 2nd or 3rd rest day, especially with increased listening duration.

In the past, it used to be day of or next day results. Next day is typically low energy/recon now (although manageable), with greatly improved results in the preceding days.

Thinking about spacing out listening days much more, perhaps something like running all 3 subs, but just twice per week, or longer loops but individually on seperate days.

same, I’m taking 2 rest days before loops this cycle and it’s MUCH smoother

Getting a feeling you could get the same effect on the MWF protocol

This is what I’m doing rn.

How does one introduce new titles into this schedule?

Let’s say I’m running GLM + EOG1 + EOG2, built up to 15 min, and want to change EOG1 to Regeneration

Do I only swap EOG1 with Regen and do 30s of Regen and 15 min of other titles? Or do I restart the whole stack from 30s and build up again?

Restart to 0.

I am coming to the same conclusion, as I am prolonging my loops I need more rest days.

When I listened even 3 subs for 30 - 60 sec one day off was sufficient, but now as I am progressing towards 3-5 min loops (even just 2 subs) I notice that I need 2 or 3 days of processing. And yes, results seem to delay with increased loop duration. So I am looking for my sweetspot.

Don’t forget the stack rotation
https://support.subliminalclub.com/knowledge-base/experimental-zero-point-stack-rotation/

ā€œ1. You can only swap out ONE title per rotation.
2. When washing out for five days after a 21 day cycle (as stated in the listening guides here), you must take an additional seven days of washout / non-exposure from the title you intend on rotating. You need at least 12 days of non-exposure between the original title in your stack and the new one.ā€

That’s another thing. We definitely need to clarify the rotation rules. Is it still 12 washout days if we’re running 30 listening days or would that call for more?
