Presenting…The Lazy Approach
Follow the standard ZP instructions for 21 days (regardless of stack size), then washout for the rest of the month, regardless of how many days are in the month.
This only works if you start your stack on the first of the month–if you want it to be fool proof, that is.
Each cycle (month) you will get a minimum of 7 days of washout (28 day months), with some months giving you 10 days of washout (31 day months).
By doing this you:
-
Streamline the listening process, as each month is a cycle which makes it easier to track.
-
Allow for stack rotation after every cycle, because you’re always getting at least 7-days of rest.
-
Increase rest time which:
-
Decreases recon and increases integration and bloom. Increased results anybody?
-
Increases longevity, as with this pattern you can run stacks longer before requiring an extended washout…you might never require one.
Yes, there are drawbacks. The major drawback is that by the end of the year you’ve:
- Run fewer cycles and loops than you would on the current model, but…
The advantages might just make up for that.
Less is often more anyway.
This pattern would be especially perfect for people that change their stacks often as you could theoretically change your stack after each cycle. The increased rest allows for a lower chance of over exposure.
So, try it out if it appeals to you.
