Escaping the Rat Race

Hello brothers.

This post is about a question I want scholars, father and men with vision and purpose to answer.

Am a young teenager 22yrs of age , currently studying medicine. Since lockdown I have followed men taking about purpose and mission.

So far I have tried a lots of things(Copywriting, crypto, blogging, self improvement books, currently on coding) not finishing one exactly let me say it’s because they don’t spike my interest or something similar.

I can tell you right now that the coding am learning , am having a second doubt to stop it and open a website and write about something I don’t even have an niche about.
Am confused at the point, jumping from one new skill I come up with to another.

What’s your advice or opinion on any young man like me, trying to Escape the Rat Race.

I want to build an empire that runs on its own before I clock 25 but right now am just directionless.
I actually taught about providing value but I noticed I can’t provide any value with my half arsed knowledge about life.

There’s your lesson.

Get knowledge first. Then sell the knowledge.

I didn’t start a MRP blog before I actually went through that shit myself. THEN I could talk about it.

Rarely do people find their purpose at 22 years old. Simply because so many things change until you’re 30.
I don’t even subscribe to the “spend your 20s building your empire, then enjoy your life”
Sure, that’s the perfect life path, but how many times does this actually happen?
It’s a meme that sells well on Twitter.

That is what all self improvement gurus will tell you expecially on Twitter. That you should build your empire @20 and start enjoying at 30. But what if your don’t even know what to focus on ?

Tagged myself to respond to this at a later date!

kinda in the same boat

Honestly, I’d say to stick with the coding. If you want to create an empire, you need to be able to CREATE value. By this, I mean it’s fine to repurpose value (like selling someone else’s product via dropshipping), but building an empire that way will take much longer, not to mention that you’re bound to the creator of the product you’re selling. As soon as some supply chain issues arise (like what we’re seeing all around the world), your empire begins to fall.

When you CREATE value, you limit the variables that can destroy your empire. For example, we don’t have to worry about supply, because we ARE the supply. Now, we have been hit a bit by skyrocketing inflation, something we can’t really control, but the impact is minimal because we’re vertically integrated (we produce our products and sell direct to consumer, as opposed to retail).

With coding, you can create whatever you want – the true definition of creating value.

Thanks Sir. I started good with python but I started slacking (not putting one hour everyday like I used to due to different things I want to indulge myself into.) Alright I will stick to this, finish python and know whether to continue.

Besides when I was so much into gaming I always asked myself how gamers actually build games, I think coding is the answer!

And you can use your medicine knowledge and coding together

Following that video instructions am I have interest in
•Reading.
•Learning new things.
•Mysteries about life.
•Self improvement.
•Exercising(Getting big-Gym).
•Research
•Advicing people with my half arsed knowledge.

It’s becomes necessary when I connect the dots between coding and medicine.
I have to get deeper in the two before I can execute or connect the two.

This list SCREAMS “lost” and you have no idea what you want to do or love in life. Exercising isnt really a passion, unless you’re quite advanced and bodybuilding to a reasonable amount already. For most people it’s just exercise, not a passion in life.

Being “lost” isn’t good or bad. It is just something to observe. Maybe you’ve never needed hobbies because you fill all your spare time with online entertainment like gaming, youtube, netflix. Maybe even porn. That was my story, and I also had no hobbies or major definite desires I was pursuing.

I found my purpose by making a decision. A 100% commitment to become rich. Until I did I was lost, immature, took no responsibility, was afraid of working hard, played games 14 hours a day, had no serious girlfriend because I wasn’t all that interesting.

Then I decided to get rich and started weighing all my options on HOW i was going to do that.

But the criteria was now much simpler. If I wwre to pretend to be you to explain the example… what I asked myself was which of the following could really make me the most money.

I eliminated all the others except coding for the following reasons…

In my real life, I really did consider all of these except crypto. But crypto is how you INVEST your money, not how you MAKE your money.

I immediately realized that blogging was NOT a reliable way to make money. Not as a lost 20 something… profitable blogs are usually expert blogs. So I crossed it off the list.

I thought about copywriting, but realized copywriting jobs are so inconsistent, and I wouldnt be making money with them for so long, and its extremely incredibly difficult to routinely PRACTICE your copywriting… it is something you need to be taught by elite mentors often times, and therefore, is not a feasible skill to make money off of in the next 2 years.

Plus, because ANYBODY can say they’re a writer, and there’s no way to prove it, it’s too competitive at the bottom. It is a bad opportunity unless you’re already elite.

Self improvement books are entertaining, not wealth building. I can read them when I’m building my empire and have a specific problem that a book solves.

Which left me ONLY with coding.

Now we’re back to my real life story, here’s what I really did.

I took massive action… before even deciding HOW i Was going to get rich, I simply decided I would get rich… so when an opportunity came my way, i pounced on it.

I joined a coding bootcamp and started studying right away. I found out that much time seated and online wasnt for me. I would be a good coder but not a happy one… im too extroverted, so I stopped coding and looked for other options…

But even though ONE of my approaches to riches was a learning experience instead of the final result, i didnt feel like a quitter and I felt like I knew my purpose. I kept on looking for effecrive ways to get rich and make money, because MY PURPOSE WAS TO BECOME AN INCREDIBLY POWERFUL MAN INSTEAD OF A LOST 23 YEAR OLD, AND I WAS GOING TO DO THAT BY MAKING ENOUGH MONEY TO LIVE ON MY OWN, BUY THE THINGS I WANT, GAIN SOME RESPECT FROM THOSE AROUND ME, AND BE PROUD OF MY EMPIRE.

when there’s a will there’s a way. I’d focus less on what path to take, and more on how much action you’re taking. Get an A+ at school while learning coding at the same time. Go into beast mode until all your dreams have come true. Coding is a fantastic purpose, it is a truly revolutionary skill, and it’s GOOD ENOUGH. Unless you truly hate it, don’t overthink it. Just get good at it, who knows what it’ll lead to.

I’m trying to teach my 7 year old this concept she’s obsessed with roadblocks and mine craft. I told her the key is find what you like think of how you can make it better and create the perfect version of it. I want her to have the mindset instead of giving away all your money to do what you love. Create and get paid for doing what you love. Stick to your goals your never too old or too young just stick to your vision. There will be ups and downs ,trial and error, success and failure and of course modifications. Dont give up  @SWITCH

Yeah actually I started exercise to kick off porn and laziness in my life.

I taught of that, most of my classmates are into trading from one coin, will I say they made something of it, I can’t tell but some did.
And also I have free sources to Learn how crypto works but I always thought that crypto will be worth learning if I had the money already.

Actually I taught making money is my purpose until one my mentors telling me that money isnt a man purpose, that money is a tool(A store of energy). But as someone who lives from paycheck to paycheck why won’t I make money my purpose? Then when I make it and if am not happy I can now find my purpose!!

I will stick to coding till I can solve life problems with it.

That quest to find my purpose in life started when I stopped watching TV and Netflix after watching one video about the true meaning of MATRIX now have more free time and bored.

Running from this skill to another to find what I love. That quest to make it started. Am always thinking what can I do if not watching movies?

Exactly. Money is a store of energy. Purpose is a redirection of energy. Your PURPOSE is to make money so that you can live your purpose full-out. No matter what your purpose is, it will be enhanced by money. If your purpose is altruism, you need money. If your purpose is family and you want to give your family the very best, you need money. If your purpose is self improvement, there is no better way to achieve that goal than wiith money.

Commit to becoming rich. Not for what the money will do for you, but for the person you’ll have to become to get rich.

That’s pretty normal,

Once you’ve completely quit all video games, porn, movies, tv shows and unnecessary internet crap like social media,

All of that creative/sexual energy and natural drive is going to need a new outlet.

That new outlet is called real life, lol

Start developing skills and get better at everything. Leave everyone in the dust.

What are your weak areas? Do you have good social skills, speaking skills, cooking skills, leadership skills, persuasion skills, seduction skills, fighting skills etc?
Make a timetable and level up your wardrobe, your diet, your gym routines

Can’t think of any weak areas? Cool.
Make your stronger areas stronger. Better. Endless growth and betterment.
Get more disciplined. Your living area should be absolutely spotless, your bed should always be made and look perfect. Your washrooms and kitchens should be gorgeous and shining.

Don’t put junk in your body. Trash goes into the trash and your body is not trash.
That also goes for your mind

Try every sport and get better at all of them, Basketball, Soccer, Hockey, Football, Curling, Golf, Pool, Bowling, Ping Pong etc.
The dopamine you get from competitive sports is much better than what you get from those nerdy video games.

Get some random buddies and make teams. Don’t have any friends/not social enough? No problem, level up your social circles.

Start networking, learn a new language. Develop rare and lucrative skills. Be a badass. Visualize, manifest, meditate, do whatever you have to do.

Don’t just read any books.
Next time you read a book, you need to write down a list of things that you’ve learned from the book that you’re now able to readily apply or add into your life/mindset.
If you can’t write anything down, then the book was useless and it’s no different from tv/netflix.

Get out of your comfort zone and put yourself in challenging situations, enjoy experience regardless of outcome. When you’re playing a video game, you need to find monsters to kill and then you get experience and level up. Real life is the same way, find yourself some monsters to slay. Dance with some dragons. Get anxious and get risky, get molded by fire.

Accomplish some challenges, get clocked in the chin and spit out blood with a maniacal smile because you’re a fearless warrior of life.

You have to operate from the mindset of a shark, lol. Smell opportunities of growth like they smell blood. Like how a predator smells fear in its prey.

Stay away from all these circle jerk groups of purposeless men that sit around and confirm each other’s addiction to safety and comfort.
All they do is stroke each other’s limiting beliefs and talk about a whole bunch of nothing.
None of them are getting anywhere because they have the mindset/masculinity of a fucking plant lol,

Some people listen to their subliminals and they’re waiting for permission to take responsibility for their life. Clinging to their fears like their life depends on it, like a baby cub to its mother’s leg.

They have a giant spider blocking their path and they listen to these subliminals thinking it will magically, disappear.

“I’m just going to sit here and it’s just going to go away, I don’t even really want to look at it, omg it’s so scary looking. Please subliminal just make it go away”

If you’re ready to walk up to that giant spider and kick it to another stratosphere, your subliminals will work way faster.

There is so much challenge and adventure in real life, there is no way you can get bored,
unless you have some fake fear or limitations in your mind, which aren’t real, and there are subs for that.

Take infinite action in everything, at all times.

lol
