Enigma Journal - Spartan + Dragon Reborn LD

So I started with Primal Seduction sub as I want to get good with women. I had been going out consistently and cold approaching women. I have done around 50 approaches and I am getting better at it.
However I listened to 1 loop of PS and it felt good but it made me really horny and I lapsed in PMO. I have been dealing with PMO for a long time and only in last 1 year I have been able to bring it down. However it is still very difficult to control and I am horrified by how much it has gripped my life.

So I decided to ditch PS for now and got Spartan Apex warrior.I wanted to run Paragon as well but after consulting support I changed my mind to Dragon Reborn - Limit Destroyer as I want to first handle PMO and get diciplined in life related to heath and mindset.

I will be following ZP protocol for Spartan + Dragon Reborn - Limit Destroyer as they seem to be the most recommended for PMO, also got the book easypeasymethod as recommended here.

Day1 : listened to SAW around midnight before sleeping : big mistake. cos the surge of energy was incredible. I felt so hot and couldnt sleep at night. this was powerful stuff. I really felt a different energy throughout the day.

Day 3: lapsed to PMO. I have been feeling really unmotivated since last week I started SAW. I think it has to do with my lack of focus and alignment with goals.

ran SAW + DRLD in evening.

At night I had really weird dreams about so many things.

Day 4 Rest : PMO in morning.
My mind was automatically going through the beliefs I have related to women and dating and some of them were incredible insights.

one was that Dating cute women is easy, simple and doable. women want to meet someone cool and exciting.

Earlier I was looking at Dating as hard, difficult and really cute women unattainable. Hence subconsciously, PMO seemed a better and easier solution.
infact that seemed to be the only solution.

Other is my own sense of self worth : ie I am worthy, I am enough, I am capable.

did alignment with goals. feeling focused towards my goals now.
also read easypeasy book.

Day 5 : SAW + DRLD
This is incredible. I usually run SAW first thing in the morning. and ran DRLD in afternoon.
I feel so much energy and very different kind of energy. almost like a healing energy through my body. I also feel tingling sensation in the body in evening.
I am beginning to sense the 2 subs working at different levels. I feel motivated to eat healthy and go to gym and also I have started doing things that I would usually avoid. I feel more postive and cloud of anxiet and depression is low. Amazing.

DAY 6 : Read easypeasy book firt 50 pages. This is sooo cool. it has broken a lot of myths around this issue and for the first time I fel this can be handled. If anyone is dealing with PMO please read this book asap.

DAY 7 : SAW morning + DRLD afternoon.
I completed so many of pending work, I have a sense of urgency in completing tasks which I was ealier procastination. The energy I feel is clearly that Spartan.
DRLD is really really different, it seems to have a healing effect on me. like in afternoon my body was aching because of Gym (Leg day) I felt no energy to do anything. but once I listened to DRLD the ache went away (80%) ad I felt the energy to do work.

Day 8 : REST I felt after effects of the subs, but they were not that strong as yesterday. however there were there and I continued with my day going to gym, completing pending work. I really felt that if I can listen to sub today that would be great but I didnt as it was not the protocol.
Spartan : the effect is compounded as I am handling stuff that I usually procrastinate or avoid. but the spartan is really pushing me in a very very healthy way to complete those tasks,
DRLD : Amazing, through out the day whenever I had some negative thoughts , I saw that I was reframing them or discarding them automatically. even thoughts related to PMO were reframed and I became present to principles of easypeasybook. My sexual urge and restlessness ssociated with it has gone way down. It doesnt feel repressed but rechanneled.

The combination of Spartan + DRLD feels like match made in heaven. Also the book easy peasy method is awesome.

DAY 9 : SAW + DRLD
in afternoon I felt a little uncontrolled sexual energy, I listened to DRLD and immediately my energy became calm and healed. DRLD has been really healing for me.
I can feel the subs compounding and working at different levels.
After a break of a week, I went out to approach and meet women.
Approached 10 different groups, I usually open with a genuine compliment and then take from there.
My energy was very good, I felt very comfortable even though I was approaching after a week. Most of the girls were very happy to be approached and giggled when complimented. got one phone number.
End of evening, I felt really tired so I need to manage my energy levels when I am out. Overall it was amazing as I was much relaxed in approaching.

Day 10 : REST

today I woke up quite early, which I had been trying for some time. I had good energy and completed a lot of pending work. I was very happy with myself till afternoon.
I wanted to go out in the evening to meet women but my energy dropped a lot and I ended up not going and feeling lethargy.
positives - woke up early and got shit done
needs improvement - maintaining energy throughout the day.

DRLD is working well as my need for PMO is barely there, however, I see myself compensating for that energy by smoking and binge eating. I dont smoke that much but I noticed that now a days I have more urge to smoke than before, espcially when I have gone out to game. the book easy peasy also addressed these issues wonderfully, so going to keep reading it along with subs.

DAY 11 : SAW + DRLD

After subs, amazing surge of energy in my body. I went out to meet women, I was feeling very grounded and my anxiety was manageable. I approached around 15 women today. got one number. my energy levels were quite good. I also didnt feel negative after rejections from women. I was very happy as I was able to push myself to approach more and more women.

Day 12 : Rest
My energy was really down. I have noticed that my energy levels are fluctuating greatly. When I have good energy I am very positive and get lot of things done but when it crashes I dont feel like doing anything. I feel drained of energy. This has been happening for a week. so I am not sure if this is recon or what.
I also experience that DRLD is far more effective for me than SAW.

Day 13 : SAW + DRLD
Again very very low energy levels and not being able to do anything productive today. I did feel a surge of energy after listening to subs but stil the day was not that productive. I also feel my level of discipline has dropped down drastically. maybe the energies are realigning or something.

What about taking a few more rest days?

My observations for last 20 days :
zero PMO for last 2 weeks. This is HUGE for me. Every time I felt anxious sexual energy within me, I was able to be present to it and whenever I listened to subs it was able to wash it. especially DRLD has been incredible for me as I feel so healed and my addiction to PMO getting subsided.

However I also noticed that my energy levels are dropping very low, I feel really tired. I think maybe my dopamine levels are resetting or maybe my neurology is resetting after decades of porn and masturbation addiction. I am actually so happy and grateful that finally I am able to handle this addiction that I dont mind some days of lower energy or energy reset. 3 additional days of reset (as suggested) was helpful too.

tomorrow is my last day of sub in this cycle.
After this cycle, I will continue with DRLD but instead of SAW, I will introduce Paragon Complete to accelerate physical healing and increase energy.

If someone has any other suggestions kindly let me know.

Last Day for this cycle : SAW + DRLD.

I had ran DRLD in the evening and at night I had a dream about my ex and I became aware of a deep rooted belief from that relationship. It was amazing that DRLD was able to find and resolve a belief I was not even aware of.

I will now take 5 day rest to complete the cycle.

Starting a new cycle.

So I have taken only 3 days rest and not 5 days rest as my sexual energy was getting dangerously high and I was desperate to stop it. During rest I was still able to mitigate my sexual thoughts.

CYCLE 2

DAY 1 : DRLD + PS (5 mins)

DRLD in morning
WOW !!! I mean what is this thing !!!
I listened to DRLD as soon as I woke up and once I finished, I immediately fell back to sleep.
woke up 30 minutes later, feeling like a new person. Very energetic and my nervous sexual energy was gone and I was feeling new surge in my body. The energy in my body was very different, it was positive and light.

I completed the book easypeasymethod in afternoon and it recentered me back to the myths related to PMO. As I was reading the book, there were times I felt energy moving up my spine and it felt so pleasurable. It was definitely sexual energy.

I will now reread the book again as it is really a great resource for no fap.
In my listening schedule,I have planned to read few pages of the book and then listen to DRLD as it will have a compounding effect.

In evening I listened to 5 mins of PS. I was cautious to not over expose myself to PS because last time I listened to PS full 15 mins and I ended up fapping. So I am definitely going to take PS slowly.

waiting for support to answer my query as based on that I will add my 3rd title.

Day 2 : REST

Woke up and listened to lifecharger As Above, felt loving calming energy in my upper body > heart above. I thought it was weird as I didnt feel any energy in my lower body. So I listened to so Below Lifecharger and felt the energy in my lower body.
Overall good energy throughout the day.
Listened to Beast within before going to gym in evening. Had a great workout. Usually after workouts I feel worn out and need to rest for 30 minutes, but didnt happen today. I just carried on.

Got reply from support regarding Health sub, based on the recommendation I will add Paragon Complete from tomorrow.

Also yesterday I was really in good energy so did Yoga and meditation before sleeping.

Day 3 : PC

Woke up and listened to Lifecharger Elixir, as I had some lingering dreams about my ex. Did 30 mins cardio, Yoga and meditation and journaling. very productive morning.
during the day, I had some flashes of memories and repressed emotions of my ex but I kept focusing on my tasks and kept reframing my mind.
I realise that I have put effort into changing my beliefs and getting control of my mind. Mindset is the most important skillset to work on.
Listened to Lifecharger Beast within before workout.
I was little tired after the workout, as I had a really packed day. I was very happy that now I am able to be more productive in life.
30 mins belief work in evening. I used Hypnotica’s Masculine Matrix. I felt really good and it removed lot of negativity I had been carrying.
did 30 mins stretching.
listened to Paragon Complete before sleep, which was not a good idea cos I felt so much energy that I couldnt sleep till 4 am and was very hungry. will run it in morning next time

Day 4 : REST

woke up did meditation, also did belief work. Yesterdays intense work was showing results as I was not distracted by negative thoughts today.
Listened to Beast within before workout and Beast unleashed during the workout. Beast unleashed is awesome. I was very pumped to do my sessions.

Day 5 : DR + PS
today I did full 15 mins of Primal seduction. I felt reallly good sexual energy. I had gone out and approached some women. My approaches are getting better.I just have to be consistent

Day 6 + Day 7 : REST
Took extra day of rest as I was having very sexual urges and I was going out so thought i would be better to manage my energy and mind and not give it overload.

Day 8 : Paragon Complete + Ascension Chamber
Had a very good sleep after a long time. I also notice that slowly I am managing my work better and my energy levels are improving .

Day 9 : Rest
Day 10 : DRLD + PS
Day 11 ; Rest
Day 12 : PC
went out for 2 days and did some approaches. somethings are getting better, some things are stagnant. did Fap after 30 days as sexual enegy built up was too much. I am shocked that I was able to no fap for 30 days. disappointed that I had to break it. will re-read easypeasey book…

Day 13 : Rest
again PMO. I have been really anxious with sexual energy and fapping felt really good but of course followed by guilt and shame. I think I am not able to handle the PS very well. hence I have decided to drop it and only have DRLD and PC in my stack for atleast 2 more cycles so to handle my sexual energy, PMO related healing.

Day 14 : DRLD + PC
PMO in the morning again. I was very disappointed. Got a grip on myself in evening and started reading about dopamine detox and easy peasey book. one thing that stuck me is that PMO is One of the dopamine detox processes. If I continue to binge watch videos, or indulge in sweets or unhealthy eating that is also feeding the same neuro circuit and triggering nervous sexual energy. went out and did some approaches, my approaches are getting better. very less approach anxiety.

Day 15 : Rest
I feel increased energy in my body. Its very subtle but I have more energy to do work. I had a very sleep after a long time. slept only for 6 hours but it was a very deep sleep.

Day 16 : DRLD + PC
ran subs in evening and after that boom, slept for an hour. I was so knocked out. but felt very rejunvenated afterwards. workouts are getting better. my body is looking good.

Day 17 : Rest
fap again. feeling really angry at myself and how much I am gripped by this. the day was very productive.

Day 18 : DRLD + PC

I feel my energy levels have increased. I remember feeling very tired in the last cycle but now with paragon my energy is amazing. also I am having much deeper and quicker sleep. I am loving the amount of work I am able to accomplish

Day 19 : Rest
slowly a lot of my schedule is getting into discipline. right in the morning I was able to do 30 mins meditation. 1 hour kriya, 20 mins affirmations and 10 mins eft. and also did gym in evening and went out later. energy level was quite good. need to rest a little bit after gym.
