🧲 Energy and Elements - KB to AEON plus Hero

Khan Black wasn’t on my bingo card for 2025, but here we are… with the release of AEON, I opted to do at least the recommended minimum to get the most out of it.

Currently, I’m a few loops into stage 2 of Khan Black, so only 10 more weeks or so before I run AEON, if I opt to only do the minimum…I may run a second cycle beforehand, or maybe alongside, idk.

Then there’s Hero: The Light that Blinds…that one is 99% guaranteed to rotate into the stack at the start of the next cycle. I don’t know which stage I’ll run first, but Earth is a good bet as it should have good synergy with the energy development of Khan Black.

It’s going to be an interesting 6-7 months working with my energy in ways I hadn’t planned on…

And this is the basic overview of my experience with Khan Black so far:

Well, if I had to summarize stage 2 of Khan Black in a single word I probably would’ve said “underwhelming” about a week ago…

Not much changed over the course of a single cycle of KB2 after my initial impression of: the sexual energy moves more subtly and it feels subdued.

How I expressed the KB2 vibe with my girl mirrored that sense of subdued sexual energy: I wouldn’t say I was dispassionate during sex, but I didn’t experience anywhere close to the feeling of pleasure that was “off the charts” like I had during my cycle with stage 1 of Khan Black. (We still had good sex, but I noticed a “dip” of some kind in how I tapped into the pleasure…and I didn’t expect a sense of “less” compared to KB1)

In the short term, I was a little put off by the effect. But I realized that I probably should’ve passed on a few sessions and channeled that energy elsewhere. So, I started paying closer attention and did that.

By the end of the cycle, it felt like my sexual energy had balanced out…no hard swings in either direction…and my mood consistently felt pretty good, which translated into more fun.

Still on the “KB to AEON” path, but it’s taken a major detour thru Hero-ville…

By the end of the 4th stage of KB, I decided against doing the minimum requirement to run AEON: another round of Khan Black will be good practice at harnessing my sexual energy (which I am not good at yet), and running Alchemist alongside would probably be fun since I’ve never run it.

The details of stages 3 and 4 are in my personal journal entries, but suffice it to say that my sexual energy did increase and express more obviously than stage 2. Those stages also coincided with some considerable recon, but it was most likely a combination of the other subs in the stack plus the stress of other things that happened during those months. Either way, those were major factors in my decision to run KB a second time. So, the second round of KB probably won’t start until Jan 2026 at the earliest, which means I won’t be running AEON until May 2026. That’s not what I had in mind when I started down this path, but it is what it is.

On the Hero side of things the results seem pretty good…and smooth, especially in combination with GLM. But I’ll save that for the next entry.

Started a new cycle after an unplanned ~3 week washout, but dropped Hero TLTB to sub in Hero Origins: Sage and the Blade. Changed the whole stack actually…

The washout gave me a chance to reevaluate my strategy based on the results I’ve had over the last 9 months, and reorient the stack without a wealth-focused sub. I noticed a sense of fomo rise up when I first contemplated dropping EOG from the stack, so I decided to test the underlying assumption: will my cash flow decrease without active wealth scripting exposure?

I’m guessing if anything it’ll increase a bit, if not a lot.

The reason: I plan to dive deeper into skill mastery, in both martial arts and deal-making. And what better sub for that overlap in skill development than HeO?

That coupled with Inner Circle to help attract strategic partners in business, and private training…assisting my skills in networking and relationship development.

Plus, Legacy of the Spartan because I’m about to lean into looksmaxxing for a season while I focus on recovery work addressing some tendon and fascia issues. So, this sub seemed like the obvious choice.

Anyway, the current stack is: HeO + LotS + IC. And I started using the uniform microloop pattern this cycle…so far so good.

It was re-reading my review of HeO that tipped the scales away from TLTB for what I want to accomplish in the near-term…

Ended up taking an unexpected 8 day washout. Started off as a 2-day buffer between my listening days, I’d felt a little “off” and wanted to decrease any stress from the subs. That turned into head congestion and sinus issues for the next several days, thus, 8 days sans subs.

The interesting bit about this last week is this: I used it to overhaul my diet and quit caffeine…something I’d been wanting to pull the trigger on but kept making excuses about timing and productivity and blah blah blah, but what better time to go through caffeine withdrawals then when my body’s forcing me to rest more, right? Made perfect sense to me.

Looking back, it seems like a Hero + LoTS influence.

My drive to embody excellence in everything I do has gone into overdrive over the last week or so, and my attention towards improving my physical game is on a level it hasn’t been in awhile.

This seems like a banger combo so far in terms of health and training.

Noticed my libido has skyrocketed the last few days. Seems like a great peripheral effect of the changes I’ve made…

Still caffeine free, even though there’s a psychological tug back to the old morning ritual. And still figuring out what I want to have as a default activity first thing.

A win yesterday was automatically going into a coffee shop yesterday before training, as was my habit, realizing I did that on autopilot then turning around and leaving.

Resilience felt higher during yesterday’s training…it was taxing on the legs, but I didn’t feel too beat after a couple of hours.

Patience for temporary annoyances has increased…a new girl moved in and is a “musical type”, and she needs everyone to know it. I’ve endured it while it was just a bit of singing and some music playing with her windows fully opened, but today there was a poorly played hand drum added to the mix – felt like a spark on the kindling of ire…can’t stand drum circles, especially off rhythm ones…but I just said some words in a low calm voice and the tension dissipated. Then the drumming stopped ~30s later…coincidence.

Only at 3 min loops so far and the integration feels smooth.
