Energetic transference through food

Has anyone noticed that food cooked and prepared by certain people dictates or atleast influences your energetic/mental state ?

For example, food prepared by a confused, upset or low energy person seems to transfer over to influence your mental or energetic state after eating it etc.

(It also seems to influence subliminal execution)

No. Food is food for me.

? Was the food prepared by a witch lol joking but really how do you know if the food was prepared by such person, i.e. that their state was negative when preparing food? It may be more credible to attribute the influences on the meat made by animals with stress hormones or processed food that triggers inflammation, or simply poor nutrient food that affects day to day energy hence by extension subliminal absorption and execution.

Everything you ingest has an impact, whether physically through food or mentally through what you read, listen to, watch, etc.

So yes obviously food that is prepared with positive intentions will impact you positively, not only the one preparing the food but every influence since the food item was made has an impact on the final vibrational level of the meal.

So from the quality of soil to the delivery and handling and the cooking and even your own state of being while eating has an impact.

More and more people are waking up to these energetic realities, realizing everything is consciousness, energy in action and we can participate consciously in creating a better world when we wake up to the power we have on everything around us, many people haven’t yet evolved to that level of sensitivity and will only think of these aspects of reality as fantasy or new age nonsense.

Science is finally diving into it and hopefully not too far in the future it will reach mainstream and become a common fact.

Yes absolutely. Energy is everywhere. When becoming more conscious most cultures who have a spiritual background will sit in silence or other cultures will pray over their food before eating.

There’s also a very warm and comfortable feeling that occurs afterward. At least, with me.

Our dominant emotions shape our experiences—positive thoughts lead to positive feelings, which in turn attract uplifting situations, and even influence what we’re drawn to, like comforting or joyful foods.

This is a well established / well known thing especially in communities that perform spiritual exercises. It is acknowledged and used as part of a more complete “spiritual hygiene” routine. Actually it’s part of the rationale behind vegetarianism in those who are attempting to get closer to God and the spiritual realms, practicing ahimsa aside.

Specifically you’ll find these types of ideas even in traditions which reject the study of such realms such as Roman Catholicism, where exorcists have identified through the questioning of the negatively polarised entities that what allows them to gain a foothold in people is anything that makes the victim similar to the spiritual nature of the attacker or plants such a seed. Although they usually focus on sin and various types of trauma, food is another such vector, which is why even when Paul was trying to say Christianity was for everyone including the Gentiles, there were still laws to follow about not eating food that had been sacrificed to idols. It was always about spiritual hygiene so that nothing undesirable to the group or the individual would negatively affect ones attempts at cultivation.

Food is one vector, but it’s only the most direct. Others have spoken on the Fire vs Saint 4 thread about how the subliminals they are running will sometimes bleed over into the lives of those they are close to, such that lovers, partners, housemates etc will manifest aspects of the script after being around them for a time.

Because these sorts of “non physical” influences are a topic usually not spoken about, since most people are focused on more “tangible” things, it’s easy to forget this is something that is happening literally every day, so unless you make a conscious choice to exploit these subtle things in a way that’s going to benefit your evolution, it’s just going to remain an interesting curiosity or something cool to talk about at parties.

It definitley does. Thoigh, part of my spiritual/magical studies is to learn to takw control of it. If by conciously interacting with the food ita possible only to take in the physical nutrients and not the “bad energies”. Or if it is possible to cleanse meat to get proteins but not the bad energy of farming etc.

Some very deep, energy sensitive traditions go so far to not eat food prepared by menstruating woman, as this is a process of cleansing in them. Not only physical cleansing but emotional. This is normaly only done in special rituals though. Though traditionally it could also be come from a time when menstruating woman were still honored and it comes from a time where those woman were given rest and peace.

Ir definitley changes something when takong a moment of pause with your plate of food and be grateful for it amd value it.

Food cooked by my grand mother has always tasted best, because she does so with unconditional love and it adds a completely new taste to it.

As you can see, people basically divide into two camps, the same way philosophy basically divides into idealism vs materialism. Do you believe that consciousness is a byproduct of matter, or that matter is an epiphenomenon/byproduct of consciousness? Do you live in uncaring atomic universe, or do you live inside of a type of shared vision that is holographic and interactive in nature?

I used to believe in this, but then I realized that every instance of it involves consciously knowing something about the person and their internal state. If it were truly an external influence, it would occur regardless of whether you knew about them. Now I’m certain that it’s a mix of projection, confirmation bias, and self-suggestion, where once you know the person’s emotional state, your mind starts interpreting sensations, mood, and even digestion through that lens. So it’s not that their energy literally transfers into the food, but that your perception shapes how you experience it, and how you feel afterward. Surprisingly, this explanation is even more mystifying to me than what I previously thought.

TLDR: psychological, not “energetic”.

Noticed that.

How fried eggs can be so bad when cooked in devastated state?!

A numerous times I see that energy transference is real.

It makes sense from a surface psychological angle, but in reality the influence is already there because everything has an impact on everything else, even when we don’t notice it, so being conscious of some layers of circumstances impact on the food only helps tune into it more clearly.

your perception shapes how you experience it, and how you feel afterward

This is definitely true, but it’s only the last layer impact that comes in addition to the rest of the energetic signature the food has received beforehand.

So your beliefs and mindset when eating are only one piece of the whole picture affecting the food.

When the sensitivity to your own energetic field and physical body increases you become aware of this fact.

When you’re not too sensitive, you might only notice the impact of the food you eat when there’s a wide gap of the energetic frequency level either positive or negative compared to your own baseline.

It’s good to see only 2 dissenting voices among all the ayes. Shows how many people have a coherent first hand experience of this phenomenon.
