Thank you! It definitely is helpful
You say it’s not masculine because I think you’re subconscious has a different view of masculinity.
I said the opposite, that it’s really masculine actually

lol that’s a fun manifestation from Stark. My friend just out of the blue sent me some edits with Tony
Just had this thought… Why even make an end date for subs? Like my plan to run Stark and HOM for a year. Why not just run it until I achieve my goals which are congruent with it? I do have the specifics written down, so why am I even making a sub deadline for myself? All those “I’ll run X for 3 months, then go Y for 12.8 days and immediately switch to Z for exactly 13 loops, until…” are useless. Also “best is the enemy of good” phrase is on my mind… I
I’m pretty sure it’s HOM which has deleted the desire to sub hop for me. It was immediate effect when I was on Emperor. Even more so, I was against hopping to other subs after listening to only a few loops of HOM lol.
I think 1-2 core subs with alternating third sub is the best approach. Have 1-2 consisten subs for your goals until you achieve them. Meanwhile, switch the third sub as needed.
Like, I’m making a trading bot. How would EoG help me? Seems like a universal money sub but how will it help with trading bot? My current stack (Stark and HOM) are solving problems directly(and IG would but I don’t have it) - creativity, trading, programming. I see now why @Plutus and @Jouissance said that EoG requries financial fundament. I will be able to take advantage of it once I’m already having some income with the bot and looking for offshores, trusts, further investments, scaling it up, etc. - opportunity manifestation, productivity, confidence and lack of limiting financial beliefs.
I do see how EoG would work for real estate right from the beginning though but it’s not my main focus right now.
Stage 1 - healing limiting beliefs like “money is evil”, “debt is evil”, etc. - I don’t have those but those are just an example
Stage 2 - learning stage - going through courses, learning the strategies, etc. - this will also further remove limiting beliefs
Stage 3 - action stage. No explanations needed
Stage 4 - all the stages, higher manifestations of opportunities, etc.
One of my favorite all-times techniques is the exposure technique. I’ve never stuck with it long enough, unfortunately but as long as I did, I had better results and better mindset. I lost 20kg of fat while sticking to the technique (unconsciously though), I learnt English that way and many other things. It’s ridiculously simple (not as easy in practice though) and obvious but here you go. It’s very similar to what we are doing with subliminals
The exposure technique
What to expect: big breakthroughs to your current problem, clarity, drive, ambition, possibly flow state and big progress to your goals
Read books on the topics. If you are getting lazy, listen to podcasts or audiobooks or courses, whatever. Just expose yourself automatically to as much material is possible. Kinda like with subs lol. Make sure to still take action though.
It works through changing your thinking and widening your horizons. Usually it’s not “we bring about what we think about” but rather “we bring about what we are most exposed to”. Take action + listen to subs + expose yourself to the material + journal = ultimate success.
When I was cutting weight for the first time, I was obsessed with researching keto, IF, etc. - I watched and read stuff about it daily.
When I was learning English, I knew I had to immerse and I immersed in the material about learning languages lol. Until one day I caught myself actually understanding the lessons.
When I had the most amount of breakthroughs with the bot, I was in love with programming, was reading and thinking about it daily and spent 8-12 hours working on the bot or learning programming. - The bot is still not done because the trading strategies weren’t good but the fact is that I was making lots of progress
You should keep yourself exposed daily. An important quality to develop is self discipline. You will develop self discipline by exposing yourself to the material that allows you to get that self discipline in the first place. Doing that every single day will make you realize and integrate self discipline into your life automatically. This technique is incredibly powerful when used consistently. It will change your whole thinking, mindset and confidence levels completely for the things you want to achieve. You should explore it for yourself and witness the positive benefits occurring in your life.
Can you rephrase that? I’m not sure what you mean
Yes, definitely!
Most people have no idea how important that point is. I myself really understood that not too long ago : mercilessly discard every other goals or aspirations that stand in the way of your main goal. That’s part of the reason why I only set three big goals for every year. Any other achievements are just distractions.
Yes! When I put multiple goals for a year, I’d achieve none. But when I was obsessed with 1-2 goals, I’d hit them without even feeling like I’m working and exerting effort
I remember, years ago, when I would start the New Year with a list of 8 to 12 goals and in December I’d feel frustrated that I didn’t achieve any of them.
Things changed went I kept myself to 3 goals. November and December are goal planning months for me. I usually take one or two months to really look at my life, make an assessment of my results then define the three main things that would make sense for me to achieve the following year. The last two weeks of December, I don’t do anything. I don’t even run subs. I just sleep, watch TV, and daydream about next year. In January I get into action mode. My main issue has always been to stay in action mode. Which is why Emperor Black and Limitless Executive are going to be staples in my stack next year.
I’ll try out this approach because I used to put lots of goals for the year lol. Only later I’d reduce them to a few
Hmm, I always feel like my level of effort isn’t at the point where it should be - I’d say I’m doing around 2-4 hours of focused work per day and wasting time with other stuff definitely makes it feel like I’m not doing enough. Cal Newport would argue that 4 hours is the limit though.
I was thinking about LE but for now I’ll stick to Stark and HOM, I believe they have enough productivity scripting for my development
One trick I learned while doing a dopamine detox, was this way of thinking:
Have a Main vocal point, this is the thing that you want to have the most in life. Mostly it’s your purpose or getting there to this purpose. You can only have one main vocal point. It’s the thing that has the most value for you.
Secondary vocal point. This is not going to take as much as the first one but still will take a chunk out of your daily schedule. This is the vocal point that funds the first. It always needs to be complimentary, not making the first more difficult. For most people, this will be their Job.
The side things. Things like praying, meditation, going to the gym, spending time with family, reacting on a subliminal forum lol. These are complimentary to the first and second vocal points. But still, remember, everything needs to be aligned to serve the Main vocal point
This one is so difficult because the brain loves to switch topics and things. After all, it’s a new adventure. I felt in that trap many times. For instance, I use the gym to get my head straight and focus. But because I do keto, I’m trying to figure out how to build muscle while doing training. I’m reading things about the Targeted Ketogenic diet, trying different things out with carbs, and studying forums and other scientific papers. It’s all good and well, but it has nothing to do with my main vocal point The only reason I need it for my main vocal point, is to be sharp, healthy, and clear-minded. That’s it.
Now there is nothing wrong with doing some keto research, but when the keto research is getting in the way of focussing on the main vocal point. Then you are 3-4 months later still figuring out why you haven’t really accomplished anything.
But because I do keto, I’m trying to figure out how to build muscle while doing training
From what I’ve researched, the best way would be to actually just stick to keto and get fat adapted, which might take around 3-4 months before adapting completely. After that, the recovery is better, the glycogen replenishing is almost as fast, etc.
Yeah I’m doing that right now. Keeping my carbs under 30gr on my non-exercise days and 50 grams on the day I do weightlifting. Works fine so far
yeah, should be good
also, there’s almost no difference between 0 and 20 because we actually use 20g of carbs per day even when fully fat adapted. It’s just that they are made from gluconeogenesis instead of you getting it from food.
Made 2-3 goals for myself for 2024. Technically 3 but goal #1 overlaps with goal #2 and finishing #1 would lead to finishing #2. But finishing #2 would NOT lead to finishing #1
This is so fun haha, my dad referenced Tony Stark in our conversation.
I’m also noticing how my speech patterns are changing. Also I have become more productive. And I also have connected with very useful Russian guy who will be able to help me with my future financial endeavors
I’m in recon. I feel lost, I ask myself loads of questions, I’m anxious and so forth. I also kinda miss NSE.
Stark and HOM really do help with intelligence. At least with some parts of it.
Here are the results on intelligence and other stuff, I find them very intriguing and exciting:
Now, moving to present times. I haven’t been extremely consistent with streaming for the past week + I only did 10 minutes which is nothing. Last 3 days I didn’t even stream at all. I took the same test today and scored 133, the highest I’ve ever scored. Also my visualization is on par with my prime form during streaming journey. That’s nice. Of course the test isn’t reliable but you know, even a broken scale shows the trend. I don’t care about my IQ
Fame in my overall social circle is growing lol. Getting contacted by people with whom I barely ever talked, also not having the problem of “what to even talk about” lol
Productivity and focus are higher. Truly do feel like Stark when working lol. Developed a habit to work with music and my music taste has changed. Usually I was working in silence.
Sexual dreams. Very vivid. Extremely vivid.
Zero urges to masturbate. Habitual thoughts about fapping are immediately cut off with “I better work some more”
Reconciling some deep stuff about my whole life being complete 200% introvert. Kinda getting in peace with becoming more and more extraverted.
Ideally, I need a new social circle… Because let’s be honest, my current one is a waste of time mostly. I haven’t been able to find people offline who are into self-improvement, have big goals and aspirations and work towards them. I’m not even telling anyone that I do this shit like trading bot or getting into real estate just because they don’t care and haven’t matured yet. The only exception is my girlfriend, she’s the only one person offline who fits the criteria. I’m grateful for her and I’m also grateful that I have people with big dreams and mindsets online, like this forum, some online friends, and some other communities. But let’s stop with bitching and whining lol. The more I work, the faster I’ll get to the new level
Edit: How could I forget?! Artificial Sweeteners! My usual dose was becoming too sweet and I cut it in half and it was normal, exactly to my liking. And now this cut in half dose is too sweet! I started out with 6 sweetener pills, now it’s 3. And I’m going to reduce it to 2 now as 3 has become too sweet
Another edit: I’m barely hungry. Like I could’ve not eaten today but I don’t want to do a fast. I might though.
Notes:
AND ONCE AGAIN I GOT A TONY STARK REFERENCE, THAT’S NOT EVEN FUNNY ANYMORE. Man, those subs…
