I have now completed 21 days of listening as guided.
Now, I will be on rest for next 5 days (till 26th Dec), and again start with the subliminals on Dec 27th.
Question is, should I end listening to this set of subliminals and start with new ones from Dec 27th on wards or I start with same set of subliminals i.e Wanted ZP 1x and Ascension Qv2, Minds Eye Qv2 ?
Please let me know.

In past I have been through R.I.CH. but didn’t get significant results.
So, am left with Mogul, Primal Seduction and Wanted.
However, you had also told me to completed 90 days of Ascension first before switching to Primal Seduction. I have to consider this as well - Am I right ?
And then I can go with this using Mogul, Primal Seduction and Wanted ZP’s.
If you’re running three titles, all Zero Point:
Like the other patterns, this one is very simple. You’ll listen to two titles on one day, take a rest day, then listen to the third title on the following day:
- Day 1: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
- Day 2: Rest
- Day 3: 1x third ZP title
- Day 4: Rest
- Day 5: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
- Day 6: Rest
- Day 7: 1x third ZP title
- Day 8: Rest
After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.
(But what about completing 90 days with Ascension, as of now I have completed 50 days with it)

Personally if it were me, I would finish the remaining 40 days of Ascension, as I was listening to Mogul and WANTED, and then at the end of 40 days, drop Ascension and add PS.

After 40 days of Ascension I will switch to Primal Seduction.
Quick Question, when we were with Q2’s, every single day was counted.
Now with ZP we have a break in between, should we be calculating the breaks (rest days) as well in the days we are listening them to ?
Or only count the days we actually listen them on ?
Cause if we consider only listening days (excluding the breaks) then for completing 40 days, it’s going to take 80 days.

So 40 days from today, which is about February 1 2022, then you could stop Ascension and start Primal Seduction.

I am back after break of 5 days, and as discussed will be going along with Mogul, WANTED, Ascension
Mogul and Wanted are ZP, while Ascension is Qv2,
Hence am going to follow 2 ZP’s and 1 Qv2 listening format.
If you’re running three titles, 2 ZP, 1 Qv2:
In this situation, the listening pattern is similar to the first, except you’ll be running 1 loop of each ZP on the “ZP days.”
- Day 1: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
- Day 2: Rest
- Day 3: 1 Loop of Qv2
- Day 4: Rest
- Day 5: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
- Day 6: Rest
- Day 7: 1 Loop of Qv2
- Day 8: Rest
After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.
