Thank you, RV Consultant.
Back home. Ultrasonic playlist with silent tracks running.
Running Paragon
Running DRU.
@dorfmeister if you want to look at removing blockages look into chinese medicine specifically accupunture.
Thanks.
Yes. I’ve had two different sets of tapes that I bought many years ago as well as three of his books.
I’ve used his inductions quite a bit. I like him.
Thanks. Yes, it is an appealing idea and I have not tried it, though I have had somewhat related treatments like cupping and a session with a Qigong master, which was pretty interesting.
I also had a qigong practice from the same guy that I followed for several months.
Thanks.
Yes there are things that are shifting or shaking loose. It is a worthwhile process.
Running Paragon.
I had been running the following playlist
Silence (one hour)
Survival Instinct
Silence (one hour)
Dragon Reborn ST4
Silence (one hour)
This meant that over a 25 hour period I was listening to Survival Instinct and Dragon Reborn ST4 five times each.
I have now added an extra three hours of silence so, at this point I am listening to each ultrasonic title three times each in a 24 hour period, as long as I am near the speakers when the tracks play.
I should mention that I also attemp to play both Dragon Reborn Ultima and Paragon Ultima at least once per day.
I also listen to one track from Hypnotica’s “Mythos of Masculinity” hypnosis series, too, at least on some days, considering time.
Have not run Ultimas or hypnosis today. Maybe one thing before bed.
Ultrasonics still running with many silent tracks in between.
At one point, weren’t you wondering if there was any progress?
I think the first sign of progress that was obvious to me was when you started posting your art. To me, that seemed significant.
Is there a way to ensure you only listen to ONE loop of each program per day?
We need to start preparing for Q+, which should require much less listening per week.
I had a dream in which I found instructions on how to be a norse god, including a “forked” variant. I awoke before being able to read the pamphlet.
