In the beginning I had slight headache on DR
Then after loop 3 headache last until min 30.
Loop 4-6 until min 37
Loop 7-10 until min 45.
After that I feel warm fire in my belly lasting for hours

My best Frend owns a Ayahuasca/Sanango Medicine Retreat Center in Peru.
I helpt him build it from the start, for him itâs also my Center. (but itâs realy his thing)
When Medicine is done right you have a simbiosis with the plants/spirits for the rest for your life.
One part of the medicine deals with removing unhealthy energy out of your system/energy body as fast as possible = vomiting or shitting.
Another part is the Ayahuasca takes the problem and holds it in your face so you realy see and feel how this problem makes you feel without denying or fleeing of the state = unconscious and conscious feeling of: I have enough of this, this is no good for me, out with this shit fast, then you vomit and problem is gone/ left your energy system.

Today first loop in the morning I finished now.
80% of headaches gone
Felt fire10 minutes after starting
2nd loop now
Hahaha now I have the urge to jump on stage 2
But itâs not finished I stay as long as I need on stage 1
I am now 5 minutes into loop 2 and my root is shaking of power

I take a break until Sunday evening
Ordering DR st1 as a custom in the meantime.
Its the 4th break since 18 days
Today I asked how long I have to continue st1 and the answer was + 4 weeks
Yesterday I thought :does it still work for me then the answer came up: more than you think.
Today I am off subs walking in the city and I am a changed man. I see and feel old patterns and instant reactions popping up but without power and then I shrug it off very fast.
Then one occasion happened where fear/Panick pop up and I just flush it out without a fight

The last 2 days off subs I am in cleaning mode
One shit after the other is popping up and I shoot or vomit it out non stop.
Yesterday I was visiting my little brother and I love him.
We where talking and walking together and in one moment I completely had a state change from friendly to Destroyer.
It was soooo close (lucky I have super good control over my energy) and I Coud hold the monster back.
The whole thing happened in a second.
So I look him in the eye and think :this is exactly what my father did to me, you (my brother) will be free of that from me.
Not that he ever received some shit from me but it was the first time that it came out in front of him.
Then I did a little work and today is the first time I donât fight or attack people in my fantasy.
In my situations I project with people I lost the attack/guiltmaker/destroyer component.
What a relief

I had a dream 2 weeks ago where I had sex with a beautiful women nearly.
