You sound like me. I’m not worried about how I drive its every else around me. Hands free is law in my state now and just yesterday I saw a young woman pull out of the lot of an apartment complex driving down the road with her phone in her right hand looking at it

I was followed too closely yesterday by a teenage driver looking at her phone and gesticulating wildly. She was diverting way too much attention and energy away from her driving and to her phone call.
This was on a partially ice and snow covered road.
I am driving a loan car, so I am extra wary about getting into an accident with it.

I have been putting it on my sore knees and it really seems to reduce pain. Also sleep is better though I have yet to have any weird dreams.
