Still trying to decide how long to stick with DR ST1 before moving to ST2. Running it solo. Not stacking anything except an occasional Ultima. 32 days thus far. I feel like I have noticed small shifts, but nothing like others seem to report.
When I have run things solo for quite a while I canāt really say Iāve consciously notes bigger things happening. It seemed like anything more noticeable happened earlier in the process.
-9 now, headed for -16 over night.

I had a dream in which I met with a female coworker to determine if we would be compatible to walk our dogs together.
I wondered why I was even putting myself through this process as I actually did not want it to happen.

Running The Executive.
I sympathize with the idea of not noticing or realizing results. When I ran Love Bomb I felt nothing much really. Others report these strong feelings of love or improved mood.
I always feel like I notice small results, but they are nothing like what I read about others having on the message board. It also seems like whatever is going to manifest occurs pretty early in the process and then as I go longer I donāt notice much new. I am not saying there isnāt change as I listen longer, but I donāt much notice it.
I know I have seen improvement with anxiety, but it is more of a muting than a transformation or removal.

I sympathize. A number of things just feel muted for me, such as negative reactions to othersā actions or words. Transformation and removal Iāve found has taken more time.
Yes. I am continuing with ST1 for the moment. 33 days in. Trying to decide when to switch to ST2.
Would like to get to ST4 relatively soon to be running the entire program as well as the Dragon Reborn Ultima, which I am guessing packs more of a wallop than Elixir Ultima.
Yes. I ran 1 loop of DR Ultima and I had to take 12 days off from all subs. I think there are some people running DR Ultima without much incident, but for me it was tough.
I have never had such a strong response to an Ultima.
