Does listening time matter or not?

I asked this to support

How long to get the full script, with the ticket ID #28886:

Hello Lava,
This is Fire.

There is no need to worry about getting the full script. You’re getting the full effects.

SC Support

I know saint has said that the goal is to get to 15 minutes but if i can just get the same effects at 7 minutes then why would i increase to 15 minutes and risk recon?

Also not entirely sure what fire meant by this
Does this mean ill still achieve 100% of the subliminals objectives with just 7 minutes?

Imagine it like going to the gym with a PT.
He’s there for you. He’s guiding you on your fitness journey. He’ll see your progress and knows which exercises will bring the results you want.
Still you say “wouldn’t it be better to use the full weight the machine offers? Wouldn’t it be more effective to use the full space the barbell offers for weights when I do deadlifts?”

Imagine the results. Bench pressing 300kg after a couple of weeks. The moment he lets go, you get crushed. Deadlifts with 300 kg. Say goodbye to your back. Using the full weight in a butterfly machine would probably be the safest since you simply can’t move it.

With subs it’s the same. You don’t need full loops (maximum weights). You need the correct length (best weight) for optimal mental training.
And then action action action.

I see the answer in your post.

If you’re getting results at 7 minutes without recon, and you’re happy with it. That’s all that matters.

If 15 minutes gives you recon, then why not stick with the ideal time for you, your sweet spot?

If you’re getting results, those are the results you’re getting.

Someone might say you can’t eat a whole meal in one bite. Or, Rome wasn’t built in a day.

I’m currently at 7 mins on a 2 core custom. I still see results unfolding over time and it’s not just due to increasing listening time. It’s like okay this foundation or room is getting the remodel. Then on to the next, and the next.

It does matter but not as much as many people believe.

What’s more important is what subs you’re working with, how and to what degree.

Subs are the catalyst for certain changes and sometimes all we need is a little spark… and…
