The thing is, your transliminality seems to be quite high. While this can be a significant advantage when working with powerful tools like subliminals, it can also become a disadvantage— and that seems to be the case for you. Your mind appears to struggle with the content delivered by the subs, which is always interpreted through the lens of our unique ZP.
In your case, due to your heightened transliminality, you’re able to absorb and process more of that content—but it may become overwhelming during the reconciliation and integration phases. I see two possible reasons for why you might feel overwhelmed when processing.
First, you might simply be overanalyzing the content and how it’s being reconciled and integrated. Second, this experience could be pointing to deeper underlying issues that need to be addressed before you’re able to process the current content more effectively.
If it’s overanalyzing, that could suggest a hyperactive mind. In this case, using sedative techniques or tools could be helpful in calming mental activity. If it’s deeper issues, then the best course would be to work on those first—either before continuing with your target scripting, or in parallel, using supportive methods (not necessarily subliminals) that can help you work through those issues.
Keep in mind that ZP fosters and amplifies transliminality. The only way to reduce that effect would be to go back to Q, but doing so would also mean giving up the powerful benefits that ZP offers—or switching to a different producer altogether.
