Does anyone have overexposure manifest as too much inward focus?

Let me guess. You push yourself for faster results, right?

My whole life has been pushing tbh. I don’t do anything ridiculous like try to go for 15 minutes of a title. I’ve burned myself with that one far too many times in the past. But in general, I tend to see myself as someone that needs to be pushed otherwise I don’t grow. That probably manifests itself as me having a poor understanding of when I’ve done too much with subs.

Here’s the latest post reporting on how the new recon tech works:

Btw, do you use major store titles or name embedded ones?

This could be another lever you could use, perhaps with the anti recon module.

Seductress is name embed, but Aegis was main store title. I don’t think anti-recon module is available in name embeds yet.

Oh, you’re right on that one. Some time after it was released, Saint mentioned that he wanted to add it to major name embedds.
He probably forgot over his work on the new Hero.

As Elon Musk would say: 100%

It’s hovering around 9-13 active days, then 4-5 rest days.
Anything more than that is prone to make me overexposed.

I’ve been following this schedule for over 9 months, and I find that this setup works best for me, as I want the experience to be as smooth as possible.

Thanks! How’d you settle on 9-13 days vs the 21? Are there any kind of signs that show up that act as a sort of sign to take your rest days?

Either:

  1. Reduce the listening time.

and/or

  1. Increase the amount of days between each listen.

It’s too simple to me, what am I missing?

That’s what I got after more than a year of trial and error.
For the first few months, I could immediately notice that 21 days is too much. Then I started experimenting from there, shortening it to 19 & 17. It was better but i still felt overexposed.

Then I tried taking 3 rest days in the middle of the stack, it improved the situation significantly.
I thought to myself “if this works better than the full schedule, why don’t I just use half instead?”
So I did, starting with 9 on 4 off. After a bit more tweaking, I settled with 9-13 on 4-5 off.

Many, sometimes I can feel the load and whether I should do more (13) or cut it short (9), sometimes I just “know” when to stop, sometimes I time it with what’s happening in life, sometimes I match it with the calendar (11 on 4 off times two is 30 days, I aim to start my schedule at the first of every month for the sake of simplicity).

I never take it past 13 anymore though. 15 is too risky and I want it to be as smooth as possible.

Finding the correct combo of those two is where I feel I’m running into difficulty. Nobody can really help me with that cuz it’s on a case by case basis per individual . So I wanted to know if anyone has experienced what I have to see if I could get more ideas for what to do.

Here’s the thing. I’m not the type of person on here using subs to enhance their stable life. I’m using them to assist me with my own complex growth journey. In that way it kind of is important to know how to go about maintaining momentum for change.

No, lol.

I meant what am I missing in terms of the solution to help you avoid these disruptive overexposure symptoms such as zoning out for an hour.

This seems to be the only solution to me, and I don’t think it’s that difficult to do.

I don’t know how to explain it, but its not that simple for me. I just wanted to know viewpoints from others so I could inform my own decisions.

definitely consider the copy from the product again and see if it seems like what you are focusing on or experiencing has anything to do with any of the stated goals of the product. In my experience, anything related to power, increasing personal influence involves pushing the boundaries and the limits. Since subliminals are posing questions to your subconscious mind, your mind will be essentially acting as though those questions are real, whether you believe that would be beneficial for you or not is a totally different idea at that point but that is the fact although this company attempts to do this in a way that is totally defined by yourself. So your mind is essentially focused on important things such as how your self esteem interacts with your environment, how you feel about yourself, how other people are noticing you more, how your personal energy is increasing or improving, how you can notice ways to improve yourself and this will basically be condensed into a unmistakably intense experience. Physical exercise is the best way to help the process, and also being objective with yourself and asking whether this is a negative transformation or a positive one will be the key in allowing you to decide how the process should unfold for you, then you will be in a receptive place to guide the experience rather than remaining potentially vague or contradicting or resisting what you are experiencing.

Since the experience is largely focused on noticing how you define the experiences you are having, you are going to be expanding your thought processes and there will be no avoiding this because of the questions that are being stimulated by the product itself. There is nothing wrong with taking a break and avoiding defining yourself harshly for having the experience.

Well thinking it over, I officially don’t know what I’m doing anymore with these subs. So I’m doing a washout for 5 days or more.

When I get back to it I’m going to run my Seductress name embed at 30 seconds, once a week and go from there. If I plateau for a bit or slip back I guess I just have to deal with that while I figure out what works. Maybe I’m a 1 title at a time type of person, idk.
