Do you get results with low volume?(masked)

This is an eternal question to me with subs

I dislike that im running ultima on my playlist

And ultimas are louder than Q subliminals

So the eternal question
Do you get results on low volume? Lets say the first volume or press on your iphone or samsung? Using a headset of course

The reason im asking is, if you get results with such low volume (maksed) like 10% or 15% or sometimes the first press on your phone

Then i wont worry about low volume and results and my if subconscious can hear whats going on or not

Any low volume users here?
I opened a support ticket a week ago, no response

And i hate going through this everynight when i play my subs, if its too low for my subconscious to encode the script or not

Its messy

Thank you

low volume person here. I listen to it at a hushed whisper. Seems to work fine for me. I’ve got sensitive ears. ultimas are the worst for my ears. I listen to Q now.

i can almost bet all my money that at least 80% of people here listen to their subs on literally one click above mute on any device

so do I, and it’s the best way, my motto is :if you can even HEAR THE WATER, you can hear the words

Yes I am one of those too.

I have been experimenting with the volume lately and I can confidently say I am experiencing the strongest results with the lowest volume.

Saint Mentioned...

Saint once mentioned how he has to play the subs at the lowest volume for them to work owing to his “Can’t tell me nothing” Attitude.
INTPs, ENTPs, ESTPs(NTs and STs) share this trait so the lowest volume might be the best option for us.

Yeah I get results with a low volume.

Yes I agree with what’s being said here my results are always best using lowest possible (audible) volume. It also helps with ear fatigue as well.

I do a volume where you can just hear the water sounds.

I listen to low levels, that is unless I’m out and about and need to have a higher volume because of the background noises.

Sometimes if I get tired, mostly from the regular mask I turn it down even lower during the loop, that usually eases the pressure.

Same here: good results to volumes near mute levels.

wow this is amazing, all the replies! thank you guys

i guess i wont worry no more about the one or the two clicks before bed and the dilemma i go through everytime i play my subs

i go about 30%-35% but sometimes it feels low, so i get worried i wont hear the script and such

I see, do you listen with headphones or with speakers?

Good thing I listen to one sub only (with rare exepxtion two)

headset,

but i just placed an order for the recommended 280 HD PRO sennheiser

the sennheiser im using right now is the weirdest ive seen the volumes arent accurate

but im waiting for my headset to arrive

280 HD PRO(use it all the time,) is awesome and not that expensive.

When I wake up I listen to my masked sub just laying one hour relaxing, waking up very relaxed. Best thing ever haha

Low volume only. Better results than loud, and low chance of tinnitus.

Yeah, I listen to my music on low volume too, between 30% - 40%.

No need to let the sub yell at our subconscious
