My first language is Dutch - don’t worry too much about it. Your subconscious knows and understands way more than you can phantom now.

Volume should be like when sitting on your couch, enjoying a good glass of whiskey with some good relaxing music in the background - that is how your volume should be.

When I used to get more time in the day I listened my subs at around 40%.
But now that all my days are filled in moments where I can’t put my earphones on, I’m forced to listen to them while going to sleep, I’ve tried to listen to 30 % but it becomes quite a challenge just to sleep, and even if I make it I feel like a zombie afterward, so yeah Team One click above mute.

And even that when you get close to sleep sound like quite a lot.

i can sleep on 50% hahahah

do you get quite good results on one click above mute?

thats weird how can we get the script even that low, and get profound results

On 50 % WTF man are you like an absolute monk :joy:
It’s like sleeping in the middle of a stadium for me

Yes I still get the results with just one click above, I feel them at their best at 2 clicks above but I think it honestly makes no real difference in the end result. I think it just change the immediate feeling of completness.
Simply because when you start getting into higher concentration vibration like ā€œgetting to sleepā€ your senses can get quite at another level.

So as I mentoned previously a tick above mute, close to sleep becomes as loud as 40-60% so I’m pretty sure my subconscious get it you know

Wow! After lowering the volume, the results improved and reconciliation decreased.I was like a fool until now. Everyone, listen to the lowest sound. the effect increases…

Volume differs vastly depending on the headphones and OS used.

On my Windows computer, with Sony MDR XB550AP headphones, I find that 31 is a pretty good volume setting. This might be equivalent to something else for someone else, so I guess a Decibel meter would be most appropriate.

I like to have it quite loud, like music. I don’t think it matters in terms of results. As someone else said, as long as you hear the water, it’s fine. The deaf can probably also use subliminals using bone conduction headphones.

It’s definitely low volume for me. I usually listen to my subs while sleeping. Ive tried high volume 2x first time no issues 2nd time I woke up out of my sleep in a panic from some loud terrifying sounds I can’t even explain the sounds but they were frightening. My heart was racing , I had cold sweats and was shaking. I think my blood sugar dropped in my sleep but anyways never had the issue on low volume.

you should test higher volume as for me it makes a significant difference.

the higher the better for me, basically i go as loud as possible without feeling discomfort.

keep in mind im talking about ultima and masked here.

I have NEVER used subliminals while sleeping so no idea what works for that.

Ive been listening to my subs on Ultrasonic only. Is this not as powerful? I thought we get the same results from Ultrasonic.

it is different for everyone. I suggest giving masked a try. now that it is only 15min long and also a better sounding mask than before (Solace), I see no reason why not to use it.

Would listening at the bare minimum volume apply to the ZP Solace mask as well?

I always try to keep the volume loud enough to be able to hear the bird sounds (Loons…?) embedded within the Solace tracks. Is that necessary?

I am sure subclub has conducted some experiments regarding volume, I would love to see the data if there is a difference in regards to recon and results.
