Hope this is ok to post since idk if discussion was meant to be had here or elsewhere. I feel like I have some thoughts on zero point that present some ideas. I would be very interested to hear your thoughts.

I’ve done a lot of thinking about this. If someone can’t trust themselves I think they will struggle with fully unlocking the power of these tools.

Everything coming from within seems like it would be a neutral thing or positive to most people. But I can say in my own personal experience that idea fills me with fear. The problem I’ve seen with action sometimes is it can be performative for me. Meaning the action is taken, but the core beliefs aren’t changed. In subclub lingo, it’s lawyer games for the subconscious mind. Basically, “fine, I’ll do it to make this go away”. This kind of highlights the complexity of the subconscious and conscious to me, I can sometimes technically carry out parts of the script without committing to deeper identity level changes. Like a child being told to clean their room, but they don’t integrate why that’s important or how it aligns with their view. There is change, but it’s change within a boundary. Technically it is change, but it might not be the actual change wanted. Kind of more like mutations of a belief system to get around deeper change. Like polymorphic code. Show of hands if you’ve conjured up a complex narrative of your own life as a way of trying to convince yourself of change that was happening?

As a concept zero point makes a lot of sense, but starting from a foundation of inherent trust within oneself on a deeper level might not be a given. So I’m wondering if a pre-foundation foundation tool based sub could potentially help? Like fine tuning the framework of where the subs execute from. Sort of like Ascension Chamber? But even more basic, I’m talking like 101 course for emotionally understanding from within and getting the concept of ZP. You can definitely consciously comprehend a concept without grasping it internally, so the question is how to foster that understanding? The trust in the mechanism of change vs the changes themselves?

This is just my perspective and my experiences. I’m probably in the minority, but I know enough about human experiences that it’s not that unique of an experience. If I have encountered this then inevitably someone else has as well.

These handle self-worth and internal value issues, as well as giving you tools to nurture your inner life. But ultimately, subliminals can’t handle EVERYTHING. I mean, I don’t even know what a “pre-foundation” tool would even quite look like. What’s more “foundational” than healing internal self-worth issues?

I guess if anti-recon tech opens up new doors this would be irrelevant. But it was more like an idea of, smaller scope of focus and less concepts that might bring up reactions inside the individual? Reduction of recon through a more focused approach and an ability to work on core foundational requirements without processing other parts that might compete? Obviously I don’t know anything about sub building, just throwing out ideas that make sense in my own head. Grounding, stability, trust, but on a very basic level that isn’t too ambitious?

My approach to subliminals was always to listen without overanalyzing and just letting the subliminals “do their thing” in order to prevent overthinking, resistance, or the micromanaging that could interfere with the subconscious assimilation process. But reading this makes me think I should change my approach to listening with conscious engagement.

This is actually a form of “conscious engagement,” actually. The NSE actually works well with just adapting to whatever comes your way. As long as you’re taking action toward your goals, you’re good.

Shite, I have been a fool. Hope I learnt my lesson. Thanks a lot this gave a lot of clarity and cleared lot of misconceptions and assumptions I made.

Reading this article changed many things even the way I choose my subs and how I work with them. Even insights about the reconciliation process starred flowing to me with ways to reconcile them as well. Again thank you, I hope I can significantly achieve more growth on subs after this article.

Without exaggeration. This post about the nature of ZP, plus the anti-recon module, have unfolded to me the ideal state to execute and how to enter pretty much at will. This has been on my mind for years and years, im beyond hyped to test this extensively

Okay.

Looks like I’m going to want to read this one slowly and into my voice recorder.

See you in 20 or 30 minutes or so.

It’s like a switch that blows opens the pathways to manifestation wide open, with the inevitable side effect of being in the zone. Not the other way around as i believed for the longest time. Even at worst, it will massively juice up the flow factor but I’m getting ahead of myself. Right now it resembles an amalgamation of endless concepts, ideas, systems, philosophies and personal experience. It will take time and testing before i can distill it into something digestible.

Reflect on this article and look at the word again;

And it becomes clear that ‘RECONCILIATION’ is actually one of the purposes of running a subliminal.

When it comes to my current thouths on ZP, I posted it in @SaintSovereign 's journal and I’m just reposting it here, slightly updated using bold:

As someone who gets little to no recon, even though I don’t take much physical action but still greatly benefit from running Zero Point in terms of both internal shifts and real-life results, I can tell that what has yielded the best results—and actually 90% of them—has been strictly related to shifting my self-image rather than taking physical action and experiencing its direct results, and testing those shifts in my self-image against “reality” through the lenses of the NSE.

Therefore, to me, “flow factor” is something a bit different than how it is understood on the forums. It’s not only this:

but first of all, the ability to contemplate (introspect) my self-image without flinching. It’s looking at my self-image as if it were an object “beyond me” and not the real me—not entirely. This ability is based on radical self-honesty, yet with total detachment from what I see as myself (detachment from my self-image) and from inner experiences (emotions, bodily sensations, and thoughts) during the act of seeing.

The only instances of recon occurring in me are when I do flinch upon seeing radical shifts in my self-image—or I should rather say, upon exploring its new facets that contradict some vital facets of it I’ve known for years.

ZP is a never-ending truth trial for my self-image indeed. The NSE has added an invaluable factor to it. It lets my life experiences take part in the trial (shifting my self-image), and thanks to that, the whole trial isn’t limited as much by my… “self-imagination” anymore.

However, the newest tech has brought a totally new dimension to the whole process called reconciliation—not only in terms of smoothing it out but also in terms of optimizing it. The new tech helps our mind capitalize on reconciliation to a really high degree, in terms of both the amount and depth of inner shifts. It does this by making the union between both minds (subconscious and conscious) stronger… more truthful, so to speak. It broadens our awareness of what’s happening in our subconscious and, therefore, makes aiding it consciously and intentionally more effective. It makes it much easier to get to the root of the facets of our self-image that are being reconciled, and the power of the insights alone helps the whole process tremendously. On top of that, it works in marvelous synergy with the NSE, which manifests relevant “props” (things that support the shifts).

Let’s take a look at my yesterday’s shift that was really profound. I wrote about it in my jornal (however, I didn’t include what happened next, causing that powerful shift):

How can one open a door if one doesn’t even see it?
One may fail to see it for years, even if the door is deeply burned into one’s psyche by profoundly traumatizing events. One doesn’t even realize they’re “holding the door” — trying to keep the evil that happened from ever happening again…

I saw the door today… and yet, behind it lies only fear — for the “evil that happened” is no longer behind the door I’m still holding. What remains is a fear of betrayal, rejection, and psychological abuse. I protected the boy who was meant to become a true king… yet he was betrayed, crippled, and frozen in a merciless blizzard that seemed to have no end.

I found the door I’m holding — up in the North, where the Ice keeps its deepest secrets locked within its dead heart. But the true king is nowhere to be found. He is imprisoned behind the very door I’m holding so desperately, for this fear cuts deeper than swords… deeper than Valyrian steel.

And for that fear… I am killing the king I swore to protect.
I am a kingslayer.
I am the worst traitor of all — for I am betraying my Self.

Last night, I watched that video a couple of times, fully identifying my most terrible trauma with it and with how the Ice (my unique survival mode) copes with that trauma (I described all of that above). And then, one more video was manifested—displayed after the first video finished.

I saw people reacting to the first video, and my mind identified it with something that had always been missing in dealing with my trauma—not being alone, being felt and understood by others, instead of just being judged superficially or mocked for what I became because of what was done to me. I experienced the most profound act of healing there is—catharsis.

There’s so much to the newest tech that I could write and write about how it’s affecting me, but I chose to share the most impactful shifts.

I didn’t suggest increasing that ratio definitively, but rather testing whether there’s more we can squeeze out of the newest tech. At the current level, it’s working fabulously—at least for me—and I wonder if it’s even possible to ‘get higher’.

This is a nice idea:

I’m going through a lot of healing right now, and I’m listening to TS—and it’s not a healing title, obviously. However, the healing I’m experiencing is very specific—it’s topical and strictly related to social matters.

Very true. Without really trying to overcomplicate or make up new words, i am curious what your thoughts are on repetative recon. As in, the type that contiues to ” stick ” long term. The type that can often be avoided by taking action or doing what the user knows they should.

For example. When i do things on time i feel great, when i let things for ” tomorrow ” i begin to to slowly feel guilt and that guilt often triggers repetative recon that varies in degree about things ive allready overcome.

The anti recon in DD:TS has been efficent in negating it
