What’s the difference between customs and main shop subs and if one didn’t buy subs from main shop should they use customs and what is Q on customs

You should start with main shop when you’re new and don’t worry about customs, it will confuse you more.

Also sir please make sure to properly read the listening instructions that will be attached as pdf with the subliminal once you buy one. It is important to follow the recommended official listening schedules to avoid any future issues with use. Listening any more than recommended does not equal to more or faster results. You have a lot of questions which is fine, but you need to experience Subliminals for yourself. Start with the Art of Happiness, it is a free download and is a relatively new title, so it has most of the latest tech.
Start slow, take it easy. There is no rush. I also sometimes get a bit overwhelmed with all the available products and it is easy to want it all right away. But just get started with something easy and see how it affects your life. Once you have experience with one title, you are in a better position to judge what the next step is going to be.
