No and got no bloodwork done throughout my training, the main reason being a lack of funds. I am interested in seeing where my levels are right now though. I’ll definitely get them checked before I start my next cycle, whenever that may be. Do you watch More plates more dates by any chance?
I have heard of him but I don’t really follow any YouTube body builders. It’s not something I am interested in.
My main weightlifting focus is Jeff Nippard and John Jaquish at X3Bar.
I sometimes watch Will Tennyson for entertainment. He’s got a good physique for not taking it too seriously.
I mostly got into his video for his pharmacological breakdowns and the occasional natty or not. He’s a good introduction for newbies and watching him go through the reddit Tren Horror stories will make anyone think twice about hopping on gear unprepared. Outside of a few of their videos I haven’t seen much of the creators you mentioned.
I also used to watch Greg Doucette but I couldn’t get past the screaming after a while.
I think people really just ignore the fundamentals so much and want the easy answer, easy fix.
Steroids are not the answer unless you want to be the top 1% of bodybuilding athletes and compete for Mr Olmypia.
You can achieve the highest levels of human physique with proper diet and training patterns. Gladiators and Spartan warriors weren’t funneling protein-tren shakes down their mouth 24/7, hitting needles into their ass once or twice a week.
The fitness industry is rife full of bro science which is why I try to avoid it. Just a toxic culture.
The level of results you could get with just eating a heavy animal based diet and lifting 3 to 4 times a week would put you in the top 1% of male physiques without question.
Add some Emperor Fitness in the mix and you’re well on your way to glory.
Bring lifting to 5 to 6 times a week with optimal sleep.
The potential is limitless.
That’s my plan for the fall. I’m planning on building back my physique and then use a custom with Wanted and Apollon to get a few modeling gigs. Everything is already planned out so in the meantime I need to start stacking more money and getting over some core issues, but Khan ST1 will take care of both of those things.
Oooo do Emperor Fitness + WANTED that would be powerful.
But make sure you’re not taxing your hormones and sacrificing your health for fitness.
Or you’ll be a very good looking corpse.
I’ll be running Emperor Fitness around the start of the next track season, so around early March 2023. For modeling the custom should be enough as I’m already gifted with good muscle inserts, so I don’t need as much muscle to achieve that aesthetic symmetrical look. I just want to enhance my facial feature before I decide to put my face out there.
Yep, which is why I’ll be using the money I make this summer to help pay for blood work, supplements and higher quality meats.
Great plan. Hopefully you’re still around the forum in 2023 so you can share your experience.
Would be fun to see how far Emp Fitness + Physical Shifting subs can take you.
Yeah, and I’m sure that by then we’ll have new subs and modules to push it even further. I don’t like I’ll be leaving for a while anyways, there’s too many cool things to be learned on the forum and having a journal helps get me to be more focused on my goals.
Amen. I’ve noticed that keeping a journal has kept me accountable. Granted I haven’t been feeling many intense results lately as when I first started.
Not sure if that’s recon or just haven’t been paying attention.
I feel like that might be the case, sometimes you need someone to tell you how much you’ve changed, especially if you spend a lot of time at home. I’ve noticed that it often takes an external situation to make you realize just how different your outlook on things is.
