Current stack: Limitless ZP and Rebirth ZP.
Today I experienced my own power, or rather, my ability to consciously direct the power that flows through me from God. For the first time ever, when powerful thoughts and feelings swelled up from inside me, I chose not to fight them, I chose to not be overwhelmed by them, I chose the path of (psychological)non-violence. I chose to feel the feelings as they were, I took ownership of them, I felt the power in them.
As I felt them, they began to subside and, within a few minutes, they were gone. This may not sound like much, but it was a demonstration to myself that I have the strength to move beyond any thought or feeling from the past that kept me in a cycle of negativity.
