Custom Sub stack - listening protocol?

Hello yet again

I have created two Custom subs.

For regular ZP subs, the advice is:

If you have TWO titles in your stack, both Zero Point, do the following:

Day 1: 1 loop of each title

Day 2: Rest

Day 3: 1 loop of each title

Day 4: Rest

… and so on. After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.

Would this advice be the same for 2 x ZP Customs?
Or if not, then what would be the recommended listening pattern, if I were running 2 x ZP Customs?

(for the record, these are not hardcore/kitchensink Customs. 2 cores each, no Essences, 8 or 10 modules, of which 2 or 3 are Synergy modules)

Also, a bonus question: when it says ā€˜Run 1 loop of each title’ (on the same day), is there any advice here regarding the timing? Like, directly back to back? One in the morning, one in the evening? Or a recommended minimum amount of time between the playback of the two subs?

Yes. One custom counts as one title. The schedule you listed is okay.

You can do the 2 titles back to back. I’ve done it often.

You could also do one in the morning and then the second title in the evening. I’ve done that a few times.

Minimum amount of time between subs?? Don’t think there is a set rule on this. You would have to find what is right for you.

If you gonna do it like that (you can) I recommend you to start with microloops.

Thanks!
I’ve started with microloops already; I’m in it for the long haul and happy to give it every chance to have its best effects

Come to think of it, isn’t starting with microloops also the standard recommendation for new customs?

Which got me thinking; for example, I’ve been running Quantum Limitless (stage 1) and Paragon Sleep as standard subs, building up listening time from 30s to 5m over weeks of use.

Now I plan to run a custom based on those two Subs as the cores.
I’ll be running purely QL 1 and Paragon Sleep subs leading up to it, and with a washout period prior to starting the custom.

So I’m wondering, should I start the Custom with 30s microloops, since it’s a custom with stuff I haven’t heard before (i.e. the modules)?
Or are the cores the ā€˜main thing’ and as such, I should just jump straight in with 5min loops or whatever I was up to when I finished the previous cycle of QL 1 and Paragon Sleep?

If it would help, here’s the Custom build (feel free to comment on the build!):

Quantum Limitless Stage 1 core

Paragon Sleep core

Synergy: Preordained Vitality

Asclepius

Serum X

Deep Sleep

Synergy: Harmonic Conflux

Synergy: Energetic Transcendence

Deus

ZPU Anti-Recon

I would start with 1 minute each & decide from there.

What did you end up going for in your second custom?

I usually do 30 second increments on the custom per day till I get to 5 minutes

I’ve done a few customs where I haven’t ran the store title before and the recon does personally hit me harder if I don’t ease into it

The modules seem to be okay though and I can run them without issue if there aren’t too many I haven’t run before

Hey there, for the 2nd Custom, I created ā€˜Rich Executive’, and I imagine you can easily guess what the main cores are lol

Basically, I’m trying to get an online business (affiliate marketing) up and running, plus investing/trading in crypto. Main obstacles are chronic fatigue, brain fog, bad sleep, ADHD, limiting beliefs to some extent and procrastination/demand avoidance, which is a work in progress
Principal goals are physical healing and financial freedom (along with all the action-taking that requires).

So my two Customs are designed to assist me in tackling all of these between them.

Here’s the 2nd one:

Emperor Executive Core
RICH Core

AI Whisperer
Virtuoso di Matematica
Synergy: Carpe Vitam
Synergy: Divine Dominion
Financial Success Reality Shifter
Roots of Scarcity
Zero Fog
Deus
ZPU Experimental Anti-Recon
Mosaic

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but the reasoning for listening to 2 subs back-to-back, is to get a full 48h break before listening again. Since most people follow an every other day listening schedule; splitting 2 subs between morning and evening wouldn’t allow for that 48h rest period.

I make sure I have two sleeps (full 6+ hour sleeps at night) before listening again.

Or two calendar days, however u wanna phrase it

What about micro-loops?

What about them? Haha
I think I said earlier in this thread; I always start with microloops.
Either 30s or 1min, and then build it up in 30s increments each time I listen.

The exception to this is when I’m running a standard Sub that I’ve already completed one or more cycles of. After the washout period, I’ll resume where I left off (e.g. if I got up to 5mins per loop by the end of the previous cycle, then I’ll start off with 5mins for the new cycle, and again, build up from there in 30s increments each time I listen.

Does this all sound correct to you, or is there anything you’d advise me to do differently?
