Custom orders backlog?

Is there a backlog with the customs? My order is still showing as “processing” after 5 business days. I submitted a support ticket yesterday but no response so far.

I’m glad that I’m not the only one with an issue. I made my order December 16th and still am missing one of my customs🥲

@SaintSovereign + @AnswerGroup : The order number is 2028963, but the tracks show 28963, with the “20” missing. Is that normal? I just want to confirm that I’m not listening to someone else’s custom tracks.

There is, but it’s pretty clear right now.

Yes, it’s normal. The 20 is always cut off.

You normally only see people posting about late customs, so to balance that out a bit, I placed an express custom order yesterday morning and received the custom the same day just 9 hours later, which is just outstanding service. :+1:

Is there a way to chase this up? No progress yet and no response from support
