Custom express not here and submit ticket is broken

Had a second custom for my current stack ordered express delivery on the 20th on 12 ish am. I look at my orders and it’s still processing despite it being the 22nd.

AFAIK the building of your order starts the next business day. So Friday morning. So they have until Saturday midnight EST, so they still have a couple of hours.

That’s what I’m saying like I ordered the second one a few minutes after I listened to the first one trying to get the schedule perfect, and the first was only a few hours. So the 19th I listened to the first and the 20th I ordered the second one with express delivery. Now it’s the 24th and still nothing.

It’s a deeper issue based on low self-worth. My guess is that once I solve this one issue, life I’ll get better all together.

I have an issue with a custom express order as well. In my case I ordered on Friday, got a Partial Refund Email today as well as a completion email. The email with download link is missing and I opened a case for that. Unfortunately, this also happened to me with an order in December. Same pattern: ordered on Friday, partial refund, no email with download link. Two other orders with standard delivery (2 custom majors) worked without any problems. It looks to me as if there is an issue with the express service and its refunding.

@AnswerGroup: can someone please explain to me why there was a refund and no implementation of the order at the weekend? I have always assumed that these are largely automated processes. If human interaction is required and this can only happen on working days, then it should be better indicated in the order form. It is currently assumed that delivery will actually take place the next day. Regardless of whether it is a weekday or not. Thank you.

Next day express service. Please note that express delivery guarantees that you’ll receive your order by the end of the following day at midnight, based on the EST time zone.

I’m sad that happened to you as well and glad I’m not crazy for thinking the same thing. I’m sure saint will get on it but if it’s largely automated then how is this an issue especially with how expensive it is, customs I mean. It’s been around 4 to 5 days I think. Now I’m not even sure how to structure this cycle

Though mine wasn’t an express order, I also am having the same issue.

I made a regular order on the 10 of February, now the 25th of February and the order is still processing. I submitted a support ticket 6 days ago without any reply.
