Though now I’d like to know y’all opinion on this, how do I stack this?

I listened to my first custom and Phoenix ( supposed to be limit destroyer but it has and still is as of the moment of me checking the site missing) on the 19th late at night. The next day is rest the 20th, 21st is supposed to be the second custom, 22nd the first custom and Phoenix, 23rd rest, 24th the second custom, 25th rest.

When I say the 2nd was gonna take more time than advertised I rescheduled for the customs only getting a loop per week for this cycle since I’m going to be listening to both customs and Phoenix for two cycles, but since that fell through as y’all can see, what exactly should I do next?

Unfortunately, I am experiencing the same problem right now. Ordered two customs on February 9th. Discovered a week later they were put on hold. Support told me the order got mixed up so they weren’t sure which major to combine with which module. I told support the correct combinations 6 days ago, but haven’t heard back from them since.
It looks like Saint is quite busy right now, and so is support. Patience, I guess.

Depending on your join date I assume you must have some experience with the subs.

Personally, I would just carry on now and integrate the second custom or, if it was important to me that everything went exactly according to plan, simply restart the planned cycle at the next time possible.

Personally, I don’t think you should worry too much about it. There are certainly guidelines, but a minimal deviation like this one week you had shouldn’t have any effect. Just don’t sub-hop. :sunglasses:

@SaintSovereign did respond to my DM but still waiting on the custom. I’m not getting any emails with the download links from subclub. Every other transactional emails I am getting it. Hopefully it will be fixed.

Not sure why, but I’m going to have Q-Engineer do it again and I’ll DM you the link directly. We’re most likely going to have to switch email providers, since there’s no logical reason for these transactional emails to be blocked. We even had our email provider look into it.

I’ve never had a problem receiving any of my god knows how many customs lol

It’s strange as all the emails except the one with download link showing up.

Also, please can you make sure it’s the revised modules?! I had one module replaced by a different one.
