Decent principle to keep in mind:
Action and Subliminal Use are mutually evaluative.
This means that you can view the motivation and effectiveness of your action-taking in the world to judge the effectiveness of your subliminals approach (and to guide your decisions of when to make changes);
at the same time, you can view your experiences with listening to subliminals to help you to guide your choices of how to act, where to act, when to press on the gas action-wise and so on.
Generally, the greater the quantity and the higher of quality of the action that you’re taking in the real-world is the smoother that the subliminals will process and be integrated, and also the greater (within limits!) amount of subliminal input you’ll be able to handle.
This is not always the case. But it’s often the case. Often enough to be noteworthy.
Start gentle with the subs. Maybe just first add the most centrally important one from your three intended programs. And just listen to it for a short duration: maybe a 1 minute loop. It’s amazing, yes. But one minute actually works.
Then, after you’ve played it, go out and work on something related to it. Or if you’re already doing things, just observe to see how your actions are being affected. If you notice that you’re performing as usual, nothing special, then you can increase the loop duration. Listen for 5 minutes. And so on. Follow the same titration-like approach for introducing the 2nd and 3rd programs in your stack. Notice the motivation, the effectiveness, and the focus of your real-world action-taking. And let that help you to make adjustments in your subliminal listening.
This grounds things and takes some of the guesswork out of it.
Again, things are not always linear and straight-forward, but they are often enough to make this a worthy approach.
Good luck. I’m working on my financial situation too.
