issue hasn’t been resolved for me. I tried another Gmail address and it worked, but it doesn’t with my original Gmail address.
Gmail is probably the problem. Some email providers do not click well with the SC websites. Had the same a ~year back, switched to different provider, it worked.
I meant it woks on another Gmail address. I suspect there may be a block on my support platform account?
I hate to bother you but could you pay an attention to my problem, please?
I want to log in into the support website and when I enter my login information, it says I entered wrong password or email. When I want to recover my password, it says it sent a recovery letter to my email, but I never received it. Could you check if my support website account has its own entry in the users database? It’s been happening since the spring this year. In case, I enter a correct password and email which I saved in the password keeper.
