Can you tell if a video has a embedded subliminal

Hey guys. I’ve had a concerning incident and I need a little help.
I think that my son has been exposed to a YouTube video with some very disturbing subliminal content in it.
He has been having nightmares lately. He said that he has them because another kid makes him watch certain videos. I looked it up and found that they were random very disturbing imagery, discordant sound, and I got a very bad feeling the second it started.
I have enough experience with subliminals to be able to feel it when I’m getting new input.
I definitely got that feeling, and whatever it was, my subconscious REALLY didn’t like it. I watched about twenty seconds a couple of hours ago, and I still feel a bit off.
@SaintSovereign, @Fire , @RVconsultant, or anyone else. Do you know of a way to find out for sure if there is subliminal content in something, and maybe get some insight into what it was?
Thanks.

Personally I think it would be better to not watch such videos and take some time off to let the effects wear off.

Now if the question is to know whether videos will have subliminal content and how to avoid them, that is a hard thing to do.

How old is your son? It he is a very young, youtube for kids is a good option for him. If not, you will have to talk to him about what to avoid and the consequences of such decisions.

I think Lineage: Mandate Eternal will help you deal with this

A few months ago I visited my parents, my dad was watching cricket while a browsed through a local newspaper. Suddenly I heard a very high pitched noise similar to ultrasonic coming from the TV speakers.

Usually something similar occurs when the satellite decoder volume is at it lowest and TV volume high. I asked if he could hear it and he said no. Called my little niece and asked if she could hear it and said no also.

The noise comes and goes and was only present on that channel which had the cricket on. They managed to pick up the noise and I made them aware of what it might be and left.

I got about twenty seconds before I figured out what was going on and stopped it. I’ll be fine.

He’s five and in kindergarten. He says that another kid forced him to watch it at school.
Oddly, when we were talking about it, he said “(kids name) is a demon.” And then “I don’t know why I said that”.
We are very careful about what we let him watch and demonic subliminals are definitely not on the approved list.

Does look like something that needs to be taken up with the class teacher. Are kids allowed to have mobiles at school?

Oh man! He should definitely disassociate with such people. Very dangerous.

There is a function on YT to slow down the video to 0.25 speed. That might help you notice any subliminals. However with videos sometimes the imagery is in the negative space or off to the periphery, which can make it harder to see.

Does this kid’s parents know that their child might be coercing your son to watch disturbing videos? And why is this kid determined to get your son to watch them?

Good idea.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there might be ultrasonic transmissions as subliminals. During a cricket game, maybe an advert for beer? (Yes, I’m serious.) Here in the US, doing something like that would probably be illegal though.

Agreed.

Also you listened to DR for many months. It may have helped you deal with this incident.

How do you know for sure? If I watched a video, and suddenly had a feeling that had nothing to do with the content I consciously saw, I would wonder if there was something subliminal.

Yikes, definitely something sketchy going on there. :astonished:

At 5 years old, YT Kids is likely a far better option. My daughter (2) watches YT only very sporadically, and she knows that she can only watch something we put on, which is limited to single episodes of Maisy Mouse. Hard to regulate that at school when other kids are introducing it. If that were me, I’d certainly be chatting with the teacher to see how to best deal with it.

Otherwise, I think there’s a Q module for removing negative subliminal programming, is there a main store title that has that as well?

YT kids is actually where most of these videos come from. It’s really messed up. I’m not sure how they bypass the filter but it’s been an ongoing thing. Some seriously sick individuals out there who’s goal is to hurt kids.

It’s audio. There may be a video component too, but I’m experienced enough with audio subs that I can feel it when I’m getting input.
I actually feel something like heat or pressure radiating from the source of the sound. For instance I can always tell if I’ve accidentally turned on an ultrasonic subliminal because I feel it.
This felt like that. Except there was also a skin crawling, mildly nauseating, presence of evil flavor to it where with Subclub or that other dude’s subs it was just something I took note of.
The visible video and audible audio was plenty disturbing as well.

That Sir, is the $64,000 question.

I have my theories on this, but they’re probably outside the scope of this forum. I’m also talking to some experts in that aspect of things.

@COWolfe I remember that one guy on Youtube was able to unmasked some subliminal producers, especially one of them, showing all the negative programming made by this producer. It created a big scandal in the Youtube community. It was few years back. So I suppose it is technically possible

!!!

That is mind-boggling. What I’ve seen of YT Kids has been Cocomelon and stuff like that… it takes a truly f***ed up person to go out of their way to terrorize kids.

That sounds like a definite reason to have a parent/teacher conference about this issue. That’s some serious misbehavior that ought to be addressed, in addition to anything that can be done to go after the YT channel as well.

This may be opening a “don’t link to that on the forum” can of worms, but is there anything any of us can do to help take down that content? Flag it, en mass, etc?

This is definitely a support question.

Here is another thing I heard. Supposedly in the 1970s, studios would take master tapes of recordings of some of the hottest bands of the day, put them on an altar, and put in curses and/or demons. I’m not joking. This was a serious allegation I heard. I mean, who can think shit like that up?! So I’m wondering if perhaps the audio might have subliminals in it and/or spells cast upon it.

Whatever is happening, I would encourage you to trust your intuition. After all, what on earth would be in an audio to compel a child to force your son to listen to them? That is beyond odd!

@COWolfe If it’s based on the really basic ultrasonic encoding method floating around the Internet it could be decoded. I could take a crack at it.

I’m genuinely curious what this is and why it was made though.

when I see the recon we can have with positive subliminals, I can imagine easily how the recon can be with super negative subs !! People who listened to the negative producer on Youtube were talking about being in deep depression, social isolation, being addicted to listening to the audio/video etc !

Hmmm…

Well, if your hunch is correct (and I expect it probably is in one way or another), then, after removing the direct source of potential harm (which you have done/are in the process of doing), I’d say very high on the list of next things to do would be

  • working out ways to ‘immunize’ your child against harmful influences

There’s a lot to be gleaned from traditional wisdom and rituals here.

Influence itself is nothing new even if the technological delivery methods have been updated and refined over the years.

Children (and adults) have always done things to scare each other or to spread questionable ideas and practices. We share the things that disgust, amuse, surprise, and frighten us. ‘Here. Smell this old cheesy bagel. It’s really spoiled!’ (I always think, ‘then why do you want me to smell it?)

Despite whatever evil or malevolence may be in the video, the motive of the classmate is probably much more primitive and common: people, especially kids, share everything that they do and especially everything that affects them intensely and emotionally. (The only exceptions are cherished ‘treasures’ that are so valuable that they want to horde them. And even those get shared too sometimes.) This is the basic memetic tendency of human beings and cultures. We propagate messages and experiences; especially the ones that really stimulate us. This is the source of Urban Legends, rumors, snack fads and music fads, and on and on. Happens here on this discussion forum all the time.

But the priorities are health and protection.

When there are sufficient sources and practices of goodness, strength, healing, and virtue, the child’s mental ecosystem will be incompatible with those influences. (Still want to eliminate as many as possible though. No reason to tempt fate.)

Organized religions attempt to nurture and strengthen this type of ecosystem through the use of stories, prayers (which are basically repeated mental/emotional orienting programs), and various routines and rituals. They’re actually quite genius. They utilize modes of information-transfer that are much more primal and organic to the mind (songs, images, body movements, and so on.). Children can easily accept them. But sometimes those systems are outdated and may sometimes unintentionally introduce ideas and patterns that you may not want for your child.

But you can still make use of the same logic to improvise your own protective, healing measures for your child (and for yourself).

Creeps and creepiness will probably never really be eliminated from the world.

Mainly because they’re subjective and thus everyone defines them kind of differently.

But we can deal with the most glaringly extreme versions.

And we can give our kids tools to neutralize and deal with noxious stuff that they may encounter.

You’ve clearly already given him some tools because he came and talked to you about this. That’s actually the best part of the story. That you had laid some foundations for him to communicate with you. As a result of that successful past investment, you’re now in a position where you can at least identify the problem and do some things to address it.

@COWolfe - out of all the subliminals, Limitless is the only one which is recommended for kids. SaintSovereign had said it is okay for them.

Maybe it is a good idea to run it for him. In my opinion, it could heal his mind. And also help him concentrate and excel in his studies.

5 years old is probably still a bit too early though.

I feel like at that age and stage your child’s mind is still so permeable, open, and psychically receptive that they’ll absorb the benefits of the subs that you are listening to without having to listen directly themselves.

Kind of like how parent birds chew and regurgitate food to feed their infant birds.

You are probably right on this. It’s worth a support ticket @COWolfe.
