Can you mix Qv2 with ZP titles?

You could say that lol, I’ve been sleeping at 3am these past few days and I have to be up for work at 6, so I’ve been taking 200mg of caffeine and the dose is starting to feel weaker.

Can’t ever go back the 1 hour long subs now that we have 15 mins listening time. ZP > QV2 that’s why it has been retired.

As many here have mentioned as well, ZP2 will be a thing eventually. Can’t imagine how good that’s gonna be :muscle:

I knew a sprinter who would take that much before every race and he swore by it. The most I’ve ever taken in a day was 600mg and I wanted to turn my brain off afterwards. Literally ruined my week. Don’t do drugs kids :wink:

Legit facts. Time is too precious to be listening to subs all day.

But I do see a world in where meditating for 30 minutes plus running a 30 minute sub could be high level.

okay here’s a quick summary:

  • much deeper, uninterrupted, and peaceful sleep; can even sleep for 4 hours and wake up as if I slept for 8.
  • dreams are much more vivid, indicating better REM sleep.
  • can sleep on command now.
  • combining it with Khronos Key has even made my naps feel like a full night’s sleep.

Thankfully sleep is a very easy thing to quantify so you can do X amount of days as baseline then include Deep Sleep module then track Y amount of days.

Oura Ring , Whoop Band all track sleep very well.

And you can determine HOW much that module helps you.

thing is, I added it mainly to control my sleep, and also because i’m going to shift to a bi-phase sleep pattern, so my goals are completely different with the module.

also, to speed up muscle growth :wink:

Edit: by controlling my sleep I meant that I wanted to control how long I slept, because i can easily end up sleeping for 16+ hours.
