You know that feeling when you are supposed to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and in a good mood but instead you don’t want to get out of bed? WDB helps me feel much better getting out of bed. I think it has something to do with self-acceptance. When one feels good about oneself, one feels it much easier to face the day.
As if I had coffee even before getting out of bed cause for folks caffeine helps bring a more upbeat mood in the morning.
