tons of tons and tons of dreams about some murder and that i killed people like a a homicide very weird dream and i dreamt about chicken nuggets HAHHAHA
also the exciting dream which im sure has ascension influence and integration 
is that i dreamt of myself as the same age as i am, and i went back to middle school
and i met all the bullys that bullied me through my time there, cause i was fat and i couldnt standup for myself sometimes i get scared
same people that bullied me in the past came to me, and the guy who was bulliying me cuz i was fat when i was young , he became obese by himself and i made fun of him so badly, cuz he had huge gyno tits, HAHYAHA and he was embarrassed and i beat him up a bit and i said to him if you touch me ill fuck you up it wont be easy like the old time, its a different time now
also one of my so called " Exes" msgd me on whatsapp for some reason with a lot of messages (in the dream i saw some nonfictions from her for some reason)
wouldnt call her an ex, it wasnt love, it was just lust, we used to trade nudes and jerk off together on the phone, and we met one time after her school in my car and we hooked up long time ago,
so idk why in hell she texted me in my dream
crazy crazy dreams dude especially the murders , i saw lots ofd murders and killings and somehow i am the victim and i was afraid of getting into jail and really scared for my life into going to prison,. it was like real life i was so scared

Had a small chit chat with a pal at the gym, very friendly wholesome guy we often have some small chats at the gym when. I see him around,
But what i noticed is how smooth my talking is, its not as obvious as stark’s social smoothness, but i feel more easy going i know when to end a convo, and how the structure works

yesterday before i sleep i was like i need a custom ASAP with ascension and ultimate artist and RM,
but i was like this is too early at least i need a month of ascension of solid drive and other stuff then i can increase the loops or add some subs with my stack

observation :
resisting the feeling and the urge of checking my phone in the morning is much easier to resist and just say simply, nope.

the reason i say this is, on Emperor on my 3 month run, i did not notice any posture improvement at all
so that must mean that ascension’s script was blocked one or another, otherwise id at least experience some improvement in my posture,
Stark too i noticed pretty quick the posture, took longer than ascension, but it go there. that means ascension was a perfect choice

Cool observation i noticed is
I have this feeling of doing better
Like for example i went to buy some fabric for my DIY acoustic panels, and i found nothing thats really easy to breath through, (read from reddit that this is the way)
Im going home now with nothing, and im thinking of trying some new shops at the evening to see if i can find what im looking for,
Which is strange cause the older habits that i can remember of me, does not support that style of striving and checking this shop and that and. Do more research
A regular me would just get any fabric and say fuck it idc,
But i love it what im doing, whats great about it
It all feels very natural, its like if i had no idea that im getting exposed to subliminal and lets say it was played during sleep without me knowing
I would never ever notice those changes, cause theyre very natural it feels like its a part of you, a unaware person would think that that who he is this wholetime
But it was subliminal that was doing this, its crazy how smooth and transparent the results are, journaling is important

idk, but i feel so confident talking on the phone to the restaurant to the lady, without feeling shy to ask for lets say extra sauce or whatever it is
usually ill feel a bit shy idk how to explain
but when im asking im pure muscle and that i dont care and i have this lovely sweet confidence nothing aggressive at all

thats how probably how my custom would look like 11 modules maximum maybe 10 or 9,
and maybe ill change a couple of things from here and there 
but the rest looks amazing for me!

Was doing planks
I used to hate it because there becomes a point where my mind would not stop nagging,
And that my body is already taking tons of preasure from the plank. So i just finish the set cause i cant keep goin
Now what I noticed is the only nagging is my body’s sensation of pressure
Other than that, the mind is almost silent

Like i put a timer on just in case i was doing low time while planking
Ans maybe im thinking thats ascension when its maybe a low amount of time
But i did 50 seconds like a charm, usually i do 30 and the voice in my mind would nag so much that i would think that i can do it anymore
But this 50 seconds plank with ascension feels different
Its like you can push yourself to the max its just you and your body

Had a wet dream. Usually i would wake up so pissed off at it. Cause i have to go to the bathroom when im so tired and it feels like shit
But today I noticed that this feeling totally disappeared, its like if i wanted to do stuff things will go smoothly

i no longer desire to smoke,
the past couple of weeks ive been smoking for sometimes like 2 days a week i would smoke 6 cigs when i go out
now i dont desire that, even after i feel full after a heavy meal, i dont feel like smoking which is geat
