Breaking down a big custom into manageable sub

If you are running a custom that has 2 cores for example: Emperor and PS with 20 modules lets say,
is it possible, in order to target specific areas, to do like two different name embeds, one with emperor and one with PS, both using the same modules in the core, like PS for 3 cycles then switch to emperor for 3 cycles then go back to the original custom that had PS and emperor in one custom

The goal is to focus more on one topic at a time because I just read in a post that both PS and Emperor are very dense

I don’t have any proofs but I feel like using PS + Emperor custom for 6 cycles will have the same results as using PS for 3 and Emperor for 3.

Since they have the same modules, you’d probably want to run them on alternating days. Otherwise you’d double up on modules if running both each day. Recon city.

For a while I ran quite similar customs, switching just one core.

IME it is better to run a heavier one for 6 cycles than 2 similar for 3 each.

Switching 1 core still makes it a different sub and you still kinda start from zero all over again.

Idk, but I’ve had a similar conundrum and for future reference MDFY: Conscious Guidance module is my friend going forward. When I feel like I want to change the focus of the customs or give them a new direction, that is really helpful for it and the entire stack.
