Books on goal setting

What books have you found most useful to help give you a framework of breaking down goals into smaller tasks and milestones, plus give strategies to avoid pitfalls when working towards a larger goal?

I feel a bit overwhelmed and sometimes get lost along the way when working towards goals. I’d be interested to read a book that gives a good solid framework to follow to achieve goals. I tried searching on the forum because I’m sure this has been discussed before but I could not find much. I know atomic habits is popular, would this book fit the bill or are there better choices? Thanks.
