Book recommendation for subconscious

Hi guys,
Are there any books or materials you can recommend to better understand the subconscious mind? Or, more broadly, the mind…

You have conscious mind and a subconscious mind.

Your subconscious mind is an extension of you.

Your subconscious mind is vastly more powerful than your conscious mind. It houses your belief systems and records all of your memories. It has a much faster processing speed of things like your environment, etc.

From ages 3-7 on average, as a child you’re mostly in a Theta brainwave state. This means you’re essentially in “download” mode, super suggestible and easily programmable.

Hypnosis is a field that largely involves working with the subconscious mind.

Subliminals are tools to help you access your subconscious mind and create changes.

What else do you need to know? Lol

Trance-formations: Neuro-linguistic Programming and the Structure of Hypnosis

by John Grinder and Richard Bandler

Anything at all written about or by Milton Erickson

  1. “Hypnosis Beyond the Trance Myth” by James Tripp
  2. “Hypnosis Mechanica” by John Cleesattel
  3. “The Nature of Trance” by John Cleesattel
John Cleesattel doesn’t operate with the idea of the “subconscious” any longer. His approach is way different, but gets results just the same.
