I have reached the 21 days, this was the first time I experienced a heavy feeling on my head.

I decided to walk my way to my favorite store to spent time with old friends, I choose to walk to lighten my head. There are times when I don’t see the results that I wanted.

I think not all things can be magical on some situation as there are things that require us to contemplate or perhaps to deal with.

I remember a time when I was invited on a festival celebration and ended up on a part where there is nothing to used my money from. It is just some ordinary people to mingle around. Uneducated and without work, many would see them as useless but I decided without thinking to haul them to my training center and offer them free skills training and endorsement for a job. I didn’t earned money but I was very happy to be able to help a lot of people and it feels so good. After some time they would constantly visit the place to mingle the old batch.

I had this Indian family friend who plan to buy some vegetables from my farm, I didn’t really mind him because I was thinking he will only buy a few, most probably I will just give it to him for free (and I did just that even he insist he would pay) the conversation went on until we arrived to his place and he show me the part where it might be possible to grow hydroponics garden, still I was thinking that he is just a family friend I could just offer some enthusiast idea to enjoy as a hobby. But the project grow from a small project into a large solar powered hydroponics garden where he recommend me to business contacts which become a huge investment - not just a buy and install-the-device but a huge business partnership investment. So I guess we don’t ignore the little things because we see them as negligible.

I have this understanding that when we keep holding a thought into our mind it will become our own reality. If we think about a debt that would be a problem for our life forever.

That was not a case with the subs. When I become aware with a problem I can or it just pop out into my mind to have a solution - I was always drawn into a solution.

I have always this feeling of winning, like I don’t think that my basketball opponent has the chance in winning even though they have all the advantages.

Just like in Lottery where you won’t be worried that there are too many variation and the chance of winning is too low, the saying what we believe we can always achieve is very true.

The R.I.C.H, I was intrigue with the line having to expend something even if you haven’t had a lot of money. Yes (not maybe) but you need to sync first to become truly immerse with wealth in your mind, not something you just read, experienced the emotion and plunge into the realm before getting the hang of it. I don’t carry enough cash when I choose to gamble but I can always win, and smart enough to stop betting.

Bitcoin, Forex all numbers are going up. After the US has a new president. I took the moment to explore and diversify my investment portfolio.

HoM, the Medici influence was too old for this new generation, I wish another name should replaced HoM. They build a castle to isolate themselves with the world but still has influence over large spat of land.

I don’t want to live on a big house, I want to share my wealth with the people who work for me.

My elder brother is a super car collector and sharing that with my cousin who owns lots of sport car himself. But I am not a fan of those things but I love to have them for a ride. I don’t like owning lots of vehicle, it will be like an attachment and you might not have a good night sleep thinking about them.

I have the third company acquisition this year and two merger with a foreign company.

I partnered with a company for a telecom that is worth saving.

A digital payment company who has a lot of issues. My idea wasn’t totally an app but rather to put it on a dumb phone for the low budget alternative.

I invested on EV and microelectronics.

Conglomerates are large parent companies with smaller independent entities that may operate across multiple industries. Each of a conglomerate’s subsidiary businesses runs independently of the other business divisions, but the subsidiaries’ managers report to the senior management of the parent company. This is presently what I am doing, I don’t want to rename the businesses I bought but an exception to few of them, I’m planning to rebrand 2 or 3 that I think would make it more productive and beneficial.

My buying decision is to seek diversification and to reduce market risk, some of the companies I acquired and few of them are a merger.

At this point of my life I was asking question to myself, why am I doing this real estate thing.

My initial plan was to reactivate my main business which is the engineering services and that’s it.

I may recall this (real estate) was the results of me listening to Emperor and Khan.

To be honest I can’t answer my own question.

I guess my passion wasn’t into engineering.

The good thing about this type of investment is that you really don’t need to think as much as in engineering. Here you just listening to the advice of the people at the front (stock exchange) or you can pay for their services and they do the trading for you. And each time I travel I can find other opportunities even if I am not looking.

I lost a lot of what I have invested, but I want to share what I felt during those experienced.

This is what I love about the new me, I don’t feel scared the way I feel before I took the chance to listen to the wealth titles.

In spite of what had happened I choose to join community work for the helpless people who’s home was in the route of the storm. I like to emphasize this, when ever you give (especially big) even if it hurts you - even if you do not expect something in return - it will and always return in huge blessings.

I make myself useful by offering trucks to load up supplies, communication, foods, electricity, and man power. It took up weeks to finished the community job because of challenging conditions. But it was done.

Human nature - I was little bit frustrated losing money on what I have invested, but it wasn’t the same as what I felt before. On the morning of the return-to-work day I made some calls to business contacts, offering, etc. but not a single return call at all. Later on late afternoon when my employees are leaving the building the sounds of phone calls are deafening, I asked my employees not to pick up and just leave.

Then my phone rings and that was like opening the heavens doors in an instant.

For the titles that I took, I can only guess which is which.

The confidence to be always high, and self esteem to remain high as well. I need to be always prepared to take the wealth that I wanted, excuses is never an option.

How do you change a negative into positive?

How do you create an opportunity into something most people consider to be useless?

How do you able to stand out in a world where you don’t have enough to start a thing?

Believing to be yourself in the future in your present moment.

I lost something but I keep thinking on people coming in my business center without really thinking about what had gone bad, the positive attitude of mine was on me in spite of the bad condition.

In my mind it keeps insisting that everything was good, even though in reality it was bad.

The positive attitude helps me become stronger, and believing what I want to happen in the future twist the reality that I wanted to change.

I didn’t allow myself to surrender even if I failed.

A winner mindset. A success mindset.

In one of my board meetings last year I was asked by one of the companies I invested, when do I change my table of organization. Because I wanted my company to be as simple and less complicated as possible. I sit at the top (called boss) and the rest are employees, and that’s it.

Along the way I learned and want any project/s to be efficiently done in the shortest time. I was looking at my military background and I went on re-organizing each projects, into a team for specific purpose and always evaluating which is good for everyone. The results was a badass teamwork.

I shared the idea in a business luncheon meeting to see if someone can add more better ideas. They told me that I just created a C-suite, C-suite or C-level is a widely used vernacular that describes the upper echelons of a corporation’s senior executives and managers. But mine was multiples of teams, because I find competition to be a good scale to become a better at work but with a sense of comfort - I don’t want my employees compete which might results to trouble in the workplace. Everybody has his role, even the lowest (I never think someone is inferior) in the company.

CEO – Chief Executive Officer
This is ME - the Emperor of my company. All other officers reports to me. I had my board of directors, mentors, aunts, relatives, brothers, uncles, and my mom. It was best to listen to decisions about policy and strategy with people who has ancient experienced with business.

COO – Chief Operating Officer
This person is responsible for the day to day operations or an organization. I had lots of these per business that I had. This person may also be called the company’s President or just manager. This person could be thought of as the second in command behind the Chairman or CEO.

CFO – Chief Financial Officer
This person manages the corporation’s financial risk. They deal with data analysis, financial planning and record keeping. Although they report to the CEO, they may also sit on the board of directors. Yes my favorite person in the board, I always listen to this person even though it gets so boring with numbers.

CMO – Chief Marketing Officer
This person is the head of sales, product development and all things marketing-related. The CMO can report to either the CEO or COO. Their job is to obtain growth through sales and marketing. After my company shift from retail to distribution I have decided to delegate to this person, 'coz I experienced it was I hell of a job doing things that don’t recognize a break.

CIO – Chief Information Officer
This person is the head of information technology. They may report to the CEO, CFO or COO. They must create strategic goals to increase information accessibility and manage integrated systems. also takes care of information technology and data security and protection, including from cyber threats. Cyber is one of the companies list of services, I also decided to choose e-commerce than a physical store, and I am confident of my decision.

CIO – Chief Technical Officer
Is responsible for the technical and technological leadership of the company from planning to managing development to evaluating effectiveness. The CTO seeks out innovations and ensures their implementation in internal processes. This is where my Research and Development belongs. I always believe in innovations, this is what I am missing and was left behind because I thought the world will not change.

If we open our hearts to the world, we can always expect to bring things that are timely and be grateful.

Without innovation, you lose your competitiveness. You’ll lose your powers.

You have to update the OLD process, You have to do it NOW, it has to be TIMELY too.

Dad used to say this line when I was late for school, “The world never waits for YOU.”

The world never waits for YOU.

The world is running faster, and products, markets, technologies, consumers - everything is changing faster than ever before. Customers are becoming more demanding, pressure is coming from everywhere, knowledge is available everywhere in sufficient quantities.

That’s why my company innovates, think ahead of every competitor and go with the change. So that we won’t lose our position in the market. And survive as a company.

And these applies to all industries. Not only product innovations are important. They ensure that you can maintain your margin. Process innovations can also provide a competitive advantage, as they can make production more efficient.

Regardless of whether innovation is closed or open, innovation is important. Especially in this times of competitive pressure and fear of survival, the topic of open innovation can be extremely helpful.

Innovation is the ability to adapt to the future and to respond to change in a targeted way. This is the only way to develop. If the company manages to solve problems before others do, it creates a competitive advantage that others cannot easily catch up with.

You don’t lose access to the market and thus to the customer. If you don’t innovate, you lose your lead over your competitors. Without innovation, the company does not develop further.

My teen neighbor asks me about string theory and while I was trying to teach her in the easiest way possible my niece pops up and join the conversation, and she wants to know too obviously.

I always a fan of the law of attraction.

Whenever people decides to become rich and invest on things to go on that level, they will also noticed that there are specific people that will be attracted to them. They become less interested with people who doesn’t have their interest.

The string theory is everything is made of strings (we are connected with strings), and we radiate vibrations that affects people around us.

And if we are mindful it will reveal what type of personality we had.

I have noticed that most people that I encounter with is always are money oriented people - I am not particular with people I wanted to talk but I noticed I am invisible with specific group of people, I experiment with wearing ordinary clothes and the effects is still the same.

If I focus on the things I am passionate with - business (generating lots of money…) I become entangled with wealthy people.

I have delegated several tasks to team managers and motivate them to specific goals to make logistic solution in which we are offering to our clients, to make delivering packages much faster.

Well, everything is in chaos when some of the ship in-route is having technical problems. Our business logistics partner don’t know what to do and courier does not have much options for the managers to worked on.

I gave them 48 hours to get it fix as this is not the first time our company encounter that case. Too many opportunity lost for bad decision but confident they learn a lot.

This is what I learned from foreign countries, never sleep until the work gets done.

After 48 hours the team failed to get the results, I break the team and replace them with more experienced personnel to handle the situation but I ordered them to stay to observed and learn.

While we waited for the shipping company to dock, we closely coordinate with them and the rest of the port officials to handle the cargoes. At the end of the day they are fascinated on what we had done and offered a partnership.

Still a lot of the cargoes didn’t make it on time, but the rest find their way to the distribution center ( a little late).

Our collaboration was good but the integration with the other companies remains a challenge.

In real estate is not like a grocery store where you earn almost everyday it depends on several factors. An apartment can end up empty if the location is not conducive to specific people while a space can be transient and varies on the type of incentives (or other things) you offer to clients.

I had remembered grand ma talking with my parents about insurance. Our parents insured us at birth, barely had a sense of the world. At that time I thought of insurance is when you had an accident and I never thought it has a lot to offer. When I was in elementary school I heard them talking about time deposits and share of stocks, I usually play near my dad office desk and I remember seeing these chart that goes up and down. By high school dad got us involved with our names on investment but none of us has the interest.

I had this small company that cater on engineering services, more like a shop that repairs installs electronics things, I never attempt to innovate to other areas to earn more.

Looking back what had happen and what changed, I cannot really fathom what is this all about.

I had to delegate the work I used to do before and how I did this was simply amazing.

Retail, distributor, dealership, logistics… it goes a long way.

I seen why most find it hard to get to the top.

Millionaires work for their money. Billionaire, they let their money work for them.

The experienced were quite different with the ordinary world, I can’t no longer had the time with the old world. Although I don’t really like the idea of carrying a firearm or going outside with a bodyguard, but I had this worry on me. All eyes is on me, even if I don’t get involved with politics or big events.

I was quite uneasy to diversify my investments when I experienced a hard time navigating to a new platform, then our cyber system just caught up an unusual activity. It is really a good idea to research first before plunging into it.

We had a previous client who happen to complain about lagging and other ‘glitch’ until the investigation found a lot of suspected codes.

We had shared the codes to our cyber bureau for further analyses - bit*** and bin**** are not a good platform to invest in crypto.

Goals for 2025

I will write it down because I don’t want my mind to always be ahead of me. I have noticed a lot of changes in my daily life. I become more organized, I can managed my time even on chaotic situation, I had bought essential business tools that I consider unnecessary before - like I don’t like having a laptop and an appropriate smartphone. I am well dressed.

I. Industry 5.0
I opt to have a modular companies, I called it cellular, to make it easy to construct and quicker to fix and troubleshoot things. I been to manufacturing for a while using Industry 4.0 and planning to gradually transition section of the production towards Industry 5.0 - the 5.0 refers to robot and smart machines working alongside people with added resilience and sustainability goals included. Where Industry 4.0 focused on technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data, Industry 5.0 seeks to add human, environmental and social aspects back into the equation.

II. Corporate Social Responsibility
I believe our duty to our environment and people are crucial for growth and for a healthy environment. I plan to expand these areas not only on current community efforts but also on collaboration with other NGOs.

III. Investment Diversification
I learned to invests my earnings from other investments to multiple investments channels. I’m paying attention on what investment adviser had suggested to me, to never engage on saving account - instead invest the money to make more money. There is this insurance thing that if you stay healthy (there is an annual medical check up) a good amount or premium will be added on your account.

In any business it is always to have a competition, it was healthy and it motivates you to move forward. I had this apartment building where the competition is in in-front of my building, they’re been there first (more than 20+ years) but I happen to know something that he don’t, I offer value and I innovate a lot on my buildings that nobody can ignore my offer to them.

Grateful + Philanthropy = Greatness
Kindness cannot be given it will always returns to you. I keep addressing the inequality in the world by providing free trainings, endorsing personnel, offering jobs, using my influence (the skill I got from Emperor) to help the unfortunate have a chance in the world.

I tried to get the taste of a loan but I did asked my bank about a loan and with a laugh on the face told me that I won’t be needing a loan, but I learned that it was very disappointing to get a loan from a bank. Then I found out that there are cooperative banks that has a much lower interest rates and lots of option to pay for your loan in a most convenient ways.

I had these small-rental spaces which I intuitively divide with collapsible walls to adapt the needs for a client. I loan for money to buy the materials and the client (tenants) pay me monthly and I used that payment to pay my loan. I had used this method renting someone’s space for an event and I didn’t use my own money to do business with them. Still I need to comply with local building codes to do the work.

I had purchased a piece of lot with a junk cars on them, I was thinking to rehabilitate one of them and donate it to a museum, previous month from that event I met this guy who could do freelance job painting cars. What I like about him is that he can match the color of what the client wants to a car. I hire him, then while his doing his job I was invited to talk to a stranger hoping to buy a vintage car and offering to pay more. Thinking the painter had done a word-of-a-mouth thing, so I decided to have the engine fix as well. What happen is that I made a good business selling old junk world war vintage trucks and cars.

It’s almost Christmas and I wanted to share my blessing to the less unfortunate ones. I bought bundle of basic needs good for three months supply of foods for several families, I lied to them that it came from someone from the other side of the universe because there is an election and I don’t want these givings to have much bad-talk from the public.

I wanted to buy a boat for my other community extension projects. A local boat and not a yacht because I don’t want to attract a bad intention.

Buy One and Get One FREE

I had gradually distant myself with retail business. Every time I observed something new I wrote it down, often when I am observing nothing will happen though. I been reading the sales page of EoG to see what help me achieve something that I already experienced - nothing for now. Until recently I help one of my girlfriends on her seasonal retail store, selling flowers, cakes, fruits, and she asks me if I want one and I said yes, and she offered it with me with a discounted price. I said, ‘at a discounted price? really’ I thought that was for free. And she told me if she can’t get a good sale it will be a loss for her goods.

When you offer something, like chocolate for free - totally for free, sooner or later that person will become hook with that chocolate and instead of offering it for free you can offer a good price for him to pay for it. But the idea was not as simple as ‘buy one and get free’ it has something to do with market timing.

I visit the EoG to get some inspiration and I cannot find one. But the innate part of the subconscious is not something we need to think of, it runs in autopilot.

In merry season the competition was overwhelming, and like me she doesn’t know how to market her goods - her mom as I know has a lot of friends to offer her goods. The difference is that she has me on her side.

I totally do not know how this works but I am doing it anyway. I offer one item to a friend and with a free item (not the same - just pick it up at the store) but I offer it with a good intention (good emotion). This is what I remember, it took about several hours for the flood of people coming from nowhere. I offer only one buy-one-and-take-one, then everything there are sold.

Just trust the process and everything there will flow.

I have already started this because I can’t stand watching not just old people but the unfortunate sleeping on the streets. I keep on inserting a time to talk to them and I always had this luck being recommended to take good care to old neighbors, old friends.

I saw a lot of improvements lately when I divided departments into cell groups, I wanted it to be a decentralized cell (this is what I learned in the military) like a squad - smaller groups can be better managed than a bigger one. I give them trainings and empower cell leader/s at every group to be able to step up and make decision on their own. I want everyone to have the autonomy to make quick decisions in a dynamic situation, I need people who can see things just I like I do and execute to move things forward not to wait for someone to tell them to move.

Recalling back what I did in the past, automating industries with enterprise solutions, now I’ve been thinking about the inequality inevitably coming in most corners of the world and I’m suppose to be fixing it.

The reality of A.I. going to replaced humans is for real, still most people would laugh about the topic. At the company training center I help H.R. find a better way to make learning (training) a little fun to many. The plan was if ever they want to pursue another career, their training/s will be viable - I don’t want anyone left defeated just because he/she doesn’t fit to the society because he/she lacks the skill to work.

Machines was really efficient, humans keeps complaining.

Machines stop when power is out, humans will stage a labor strike if conditions are bad.

And what if the one in-charge will prefer the machines over people.

Our laziness will make them control the world.

In a decentralized format of leadership we have great opportunity for experimentation speed adaptation seizing opportunities transforming an environment in a new way turning a corner against a competition and gaining a unique advantage.

I prioritizes Innovation and fosters it through an organizational structure that decentralizes decision making so that everyone including me is an associate. I don’t want to be called a boss, what we have is a buddy and that person is committed to basically helping you succeed and grow the impact that you can have on the Enterprise the other thing that’s important is there are no titles and so the lack of titles and structure and hierarchy really makes that fluid transition of leadership.

I learned this from my grandpa and from dad but I never get used to it cause I felt being treated as a kid. But every time I talked to any of my employees I learned a lot.

So I had this problem of a piece of land I bought and long conversation with the previous and neighbors reveals that they treated this lot with harmful chemicals and there is no chance to grow anything with it, that was proven to be in decades. I think that was the reason why it was so cheap.

I was trying to play around with kids at the playground when I noticed this particular kid scribbling something, I started a nice conversation with the artist. Curiously when I was back on the damned site the picture of that kids drawing keeps popping up. I got the idea, an architect can make a view bigger by changing something into it. If I changed the colors or apply colors on different corners - the site can become very attractive.

The damned site will become a restaurant - the resto will be at the center where the guest will have a nice view outside. Encircling the resto will be a custom built skating ring that kids can play around. While I was visualizing this my nephew and nieces are riding their bicycling around the dump site. It was a part park, skating ring, and a restaurant. A parking space is strategically plan under the shade of trees.

I owned the lot but everything there will be rented.

I’m almost done with the 21 days.
Note + I don’t necessarily follow my schedule, sometimes I missed and I count it part of the 21 days.

I have said that this titles help me with any situation, it helps me turn a bad situation into an opportunity.

Several months ago I was been tempted to buy a foreclosed property and most ‘advisers’ at my side was against on agreeing on my move to go ahead. The property has a number of violation, it was denied for a demolition or renovation permits because of that. I bought it anyway then all my reindeer’s warned of the consequence. On visual inspection the building itself is listing to the side, there is an evidence of a police raid, including the cease and desist order letter that I found on the owner’s office, and a looks like a drug raid document, etc. there are a number of bad things to see on this place. But I already bought it.

So where is the opportunity on the bad situation?
Whenever the feeling of gratitude was in you everything there will change for the better.

I talked around the place on what should I do with the property that everyone doesn’t like to exist. I was told it was a gasoline station, it was quite successful for a family business until the family black sheep take charge of it and turns it into a nightmare. It was a semi apartment building (business, apartment), it was located on a leaking canal on a cross road. I had it demolish - it will took a long time to build a real building - looking around it I saw barber shops, clinics, boutique, etc. So I like the idea of building it with a container van instead. Some of the parts I turned into a three levels of paid parking space, a barber shop, clinics, boutiques, gym, etc. (not all of them at once but I already had a lot of reservations when the building was under construction). When it was done, the telecommunication company that I was a shareholder with approached me - they decided to put up a tower into the building.

With my nature side, I build a small playing pen for the kids to play around, a lounge for homeless and a kind of assistance center for people needing something, a small nature garden - I asked my architect to put a provision for plants in all the corners of the buildings.

There is also a hidden gems that I found when I was ordering the moving crew to salvage everything that was useful.

The hidden gem was a mining rig left from a tenant, I was thinking maybe he abandon it because it was illegally made or he doesn’t know how to set it up (it was good as new - not even used).

I set it up and mining for more than six months now.

It was December of 2009 when my uncle introduce me to Bitcoin and I never paid any attention to him because I thought it was just a marketing thing (like play a game and earn a small amount). My uncle set up an account for me, still I never give any special attention. By year 2014 my cousin gave me a hardware wallet intended for Bitcoin (it was Trezor) and the mining on that time was not so hard. I got so lucky with not being hacked.

Today two of the rig stop working because I left maintenance for granted. My real plan was to test a hybrid solar project of mine for a commercial application and the mining was just a load. The roof at my parents home become my laboratory and the basement house the mining rig. When I look up with the figures I thought it was a glitch - it isn’t. wow.

I started to like trading with Bitcoin than Forex.

I need to take a break from sticking my eyes on my computer.

I invited my friends for a fun dive on adopted nursery coral reefs but nobody was available, I go ahead with myself, instead of diving I decided for a Snorkeling and the boatman is my watcher not a buddy. It’s not a good practice to dive alone. Voluntarily and on desperation to save the seas for decades, often we can go on heated discussion with the fisher folks, it was for their own good and for the environment. They want the fishes to appear instantly like magic - that would not be possible.

In our farm we used to have this huge machine to do the work for us, now everything is automated. The other side I get to see farmers plow their fields using animals and climate change are giving them a hard time.

I already employ some of the farmers on my hydroponics farm but still there are a lot of locals who can’t get a job. I remember the time I used to set a borderline between them and us, then I decided to cross their field to help them - it resulted to a legal battle.

I rebel to the people who pretended to help them succeed. The government would partnered with a company to sell them weed killer for their field so it won’t give them hard work to clear their field, then nothing would grow on that field - they then need to buy from them again fertilizer to help crops grow. What happen the soil will no longer have the ability to hold water as they used to be because of those chemicals.

I been watching them with their machine (like a motorcycle) they used for plowing their field. Taking that inspiration I build the machine to do just that but powered with batteries. To make things much easier for them I offered free charging at my farm (I have enough solar energy for the whole neighborhood) and they usually sell their goods to me.

I don’t really like the idea of always giving money to the poor because it doesn’t equate to helping but rather hurting them, because they will always keep on asking for more.

So I keep inciting them for a free workshop, free short term courses so it can help them to land a job or they can choose for a free scholarship if they want even more.

Far away from the farm I have not heard any crime reports but the other side there has been an increase reports on robbery, hold up, prostitution, etc. this will be my plan for the next phase of our community extension.

Washout

My listening schedule is not really MWF, sometimes Mon Tue (MT) then I would do a three days washout - I do a meditation at 4 am then listen then I would run around the compound. I noticed that if I exert a good exercise period I can expect to have good changes into my life. I guess the oxygen going in my body then to the brain has a potent effect.

If I had a manifestation I would keep on recalling it constantly that would make me forget on things that I don’t want in my life. Example if I had a loss on one of my stocks, I discipline myself not to overthink on why I failed to see something that I shouldn’t done to fail - by doing this my mind is ready enough to prep on the winning side.
