Last week I had a meeting with HR and also decided to took an evaluation exam to find anything great about me or that I need to change for the betterment of myself and the company.

This is what I want to be included in EoG,
…His ability to identify opportunities set him apart and defined his future endeavors. His collaborative leadership style is the key factor that bolstered his success even from the beginning…

That’s the assessment of HR of me.

Now changing the topic to the subs again, if I wanted to manifest something (like a rare expensive ice cream) I would think and visualize with it often. If it is a hard decision making I choose to meditate then I choose the following listening configuration:

Initially MWF with R.I.C.H then following week no R.I.C.H and mindful of any changes, even on small things manifested is enough. Then I would change the schedule into F(R.I.C.H.) [Friday only].

The feeling of joy has to be present thought in order for the desire/s to manifest.

I never stack all the titles at once, Monday [Emperor, Khan, HoM] choose ONE only.

When I had enough exposure with EoG, I stick to 3EoG for boosting a desire but whenever I had enough manifestation I STOP listening to all titles - giving the process to grow on me, I believe this is how I got the innate effect of the subs.

I had a conflict with my brother about his decision on expanding our mining business. Initially I was reluctant on pursuing that kind of quarry because it was destructive but on his perspective it was a great opportunity for job creation - it was indeed beneficial for the locals but not for nature. I cannot hold a grudge of a brother who is always good to me. I was also the one who designed the automation part of the mining company because I was eager to apply my knowledge to the business. When I begin to think about the environment I begun to worry about the future consequences.

In the past I used to call my brother the world destroyer because of that mining business and instead of a heated argument we call ‘names’ like Thanus, Capt. America - since I know what would happen if I focus on the problem, so I give it chance. There is no question that the mining is very profitable but the destruction to nature is inevitable.

This is what I observes (meditation and mindfulness) besides I can see opportunity on things I can also attract people that will able to help me with the problem. My brother was open and he never hide something to me. Mining business is restricted, I won’t lie on this but the moment someone will talk against a big mining corporation that person will usually end up dead. I’m not saying my brother is a bad person but most stories I heard about the dark side of mining is true.

My brother personally gave me a tour on the sites, especially the destruction but he wants me to do what ever I must do to regain, restore, or whatever is possible. So I used technology into my own advantage, put up a lot of sensors without the knowledge of most residence to find out the state of damage and what measures we can do to mitigate it. The results - I think this is the only place that I never heard or seen someone every complain about the mining, not because they got a job but because the mining allowed them to participate on nature preservation.

I applied what I been doing in my farm to these mining town. I never give things for free because that would cause them to keep on asking or always depend on me, instead I offer free education, work endorsement, affordable home assistant, etc. - I have mastered the idea of container home because it was very quick to build and last longer. But I had also a little dictatorship on me, I really don’t want people to get hook on social media (it’s alright to spend few hours) so in various network configuration I tried to limit or banned some content (but I explained that to them).

I have decided the hydroponics project be made as a cooperative so they can decide for themselves what produce they can concentrate on or even where to sell them. The soil of this place was not good for planting but with hydroponics technology I was able to introduce other crops for them to grow and make money.

I been experimenting this building a model (like a Lego) with recycled material - the idea was to instantly create a structure on a short time possible and even disassemble it quickly.

I incorporating the knowledge I have with what I learned on hydroponics - found out that it wasn’t the heat of the sun, it was the colors, then later it was learned that we don’t need light to grow the plants at all.

I been doing some experiment lately, with my employees homes - lower portion is their living quarters and the upper is the garden (hydroponics). It makes the home cooler (it doesn’t need an AC) and it also provides food. I want to apply this to other areas too.

We have this construction accreditation board where private contractors can bid for a government project nationwide. What I don’t like about this, is the payment will take a year or more to arrive. I always discourage my company to participant on any government contracts, but I took some because the agency where I render works encourage me to join and bid for contracts.

What happen is that when you finished a job your company name will be shown on the list. Through this portal, any company (small or big) can advertise (expose) their presence nationwide without advertising it to the media. A government agency would usually search for a company who had an experienced on the type of work they want done. So even though the payment is delayed, I had lots of government projects at hand, I don’t need to market or advertise my company.

My main company is the first business I had, I want to preserved it - this is not the primary wealth generation that I had - it was my passion.

Market Timing
I have this friend who had a few units of condominium, his been doing this for almost ten years but I’m taking notes on what his doing, I noticed he is simply flipping this units but not exactly base on timing.

You cannot just build a structure when it doesn’t serve a purpose. I have seen property developers building malls in a very large space at the middle of nowhere. It has to coincide with the people living on it, people needs to have a good job to go to the mall to buy something - obvious.

So this developers are building units optimistic that maybe rich investors will buy them. With increasing inflation, wages that don’t level up with the rising cost - anybody will loss interests on buying luxurious homes.

Market timing is sometimes considered to be the opposite of a long-term buy-and-hold investment strategy. However, even a buy-and-hold approach is subject to some degree of market timing as a result of investors shifting needs or attitudes. The key difference is whether or not the investor expects market timing to be a pre-defined part of their strategy. I’m like a predator that patiently wait for the prey to come out, as soon they (owners of the condominium units surrender due to dormant state) give up - I can offer a very low price to buy the units. And I have a lots of things in my mind to do with the units.

The problem with these owners is that the only thing they know is condominium are only for living quarters (I know their is a contract that limit or fixed the used of a space) but this can be tweak given the current economic situation, I have seen this done a lot of times.

Most people including me, think of real estate like a lottery (quick win), even with lots of sales it never equates to being rich. You can have lots of cash but still you’ll end up a poor man having lots of cash. It does make you rich overnight. I was fortunate to listens to lot of people while I was learning what to do with the space I had and with patience I learned to look farther beyond at the shoulders of the giants.

It will take about 30 years to really get the feel on real estate, I learned to diversify most of my money and I never save (saving is different from investing).

When you can’t go with the flow the momentum might kill the drive, and you will loss the faith to go forward.

It’s almost the fourth company acquisition, but taking the advises from lawyers and the financial perspective, partnership is as the first phase would be appropriate. I have this worry that when I got a lot of this ‘gains’ I might loss the interest of my first company.

The EV-motor or EV-upgrade is on it’s prototype phase but most of my neighbor are not just eager but already getting their hands on the product. I choose to do this because if the under develop nations would get hooked with foreign products they will or stay poor or dependent.

I had this inspiration from the Indian popular utility vehicle, the difference is that they run on petrol. My idea was not a fully built vehicle to compete with the commercial ones rather an attachment or just a upgrade to an old vehicle. Almost the same with what I did with the multipurpose farm machine. This one has a canister type battery, rugged, not exactly aesthetic. I was very motivated with the new solid state battery then the gold plated where you can charge the batteries on shorter period and longer life span, especially the environmental friendly features.

This brings me again to my brother who is into mining - I can’t really hate him because he will be supplying most of the materials of my new batteries.

I predict this is going to be a very tough year for everyone.

I remember the days of Nokia phone, Nokia failed to adapt to a new reality. It was too attach with it’s Symbian OS, which became outdated and inefficient compared to Android. Nokia also made some wrong decision, such as partnering with Microsoft to use Windows Phone(which is a very stupid idea) instead of Android, and launching its own Android-based devices too late and with an ugly phone.

Tesla was bullish on technology that can deliver their product swiftly but it fails to noticed what tailing them that eventually overtake them. The competition - which sellers each try to offer better products, lower prices, and other advantages to choosing their wares over a rival’s. And whoever provides the best product at the lowest price is likely to reap the highest rewards, and those who can provide value over the other gains.

What most people dislike is when the producer ignore them after the product broke down.

I believe the future will become a multi brand of a specific solution.

Manufacturer are discourage to make smartphone hard to disassemble, it has to be that the user has the right to fix (easier to fix), and the battery should also be detachable. Customer is always right, otherwise they (smartphone’s manufacturer) will end up like Nokia.

This is where my products will come in, a product that will learn to adapt on things with features to obey users preferences - where AI is an option not mandatory.

If you fail to deliver on time, it isn’t too late for you - you become a relic of the past.

I will write anything I remember on the day.
My mom gave me a call in the morning - asking me to slow down a little on work, often I would drive towards home to check on her very late on the evening, I would ask anyone still awake about her condition (I know they would tell mom when I drive thru the house).

I offer to collect used car tires for free, including free pick up - a stranger just called up to buy out the process recycled materials I had - another gain from trash.

I decided to have my private plane rented, it’s been months it was just sitting there - I shared a space from a private airline. I don’t own a hanger. Having a plane is much expensive than having a car, you cannot just park it on a hangar.

My brothers keep bothering me about turning my little company into a corporation (there are tax benefits on a corporation) sometimes there words becomes very personal to me.

In order for me to manage the different business I had, I staff them with special people house on a common building who remotely run with them.

My mom becomes suspicious on my Bitcoin investment - I even laugh it out really hard when she told me that illegal things are bad, mom is our queen when it comes to philanthropy work.

Lots of problems with my car parts integration, still not on the patent phase but the orders are already overwhelming - I’m getting help from the government about legal things and all other things.

I think R.I.C.H. should not be run forever - it always overwhelms me with opportunities.

I think one must be ready to take on things, not just deciding to embark on getting rich, but has to be ready on the process.

I sleep very early but often times I miss the 4 o’clock routine - sometimes I oversleep.

When I feel overwhelmed I usually preferred to walk my way to the other building instead of driving a car or just intentionally make a diversion to the gym.

Craving for sugar foods, chocolates, cakes, peanuts, grapes, wines.

Some of my girlfriends would flirt on me on the office to divert my attention - they said I’m over working.

So I will not forget I scribble on my planner or I do it on walls so I will never forget to do it.

I think I will drop R.I.C.H and HoM, and just choose 4EoG .

All is about work and no more sex.

People should always be careful on what they wish for.

As if we can cast a spell to rain with money, we should also know how to make it stop.

These titles had help me a lot but I have not taking good care of myself lately.

R.I.C.H. can be like a coffee that should not be taken in the afternoon or in bedtime, otherwise you won’t have the sleep you deserve.

2EoG | It will help with entrepreneurial ideas, even if I don’t take action in my part - the business part of things simply would pop in-front of me.

For instance on my recycling business, I been collecting plastics and recycling them into a new product/s. Yes I still have this fear (like when you have a debt you will noticed the loop into your mind, sometime asking the question on how to pay it) on how to get the ROI - the recycling machine is worth a fortune, then on the first run it was more than enough to repay my machine. Fear about business issue can be best be address with EoG stage 1.

I had this pseudo aunt of mine who keeps asking question about investment, but she always brag around her unregistered illegal investments - I wanted to avoid her as I already know what it will lead. But then I remember that everything here are not coincidence. Yes, I was almost tempted to invest on her investment scam because of the promise of getting-rich-quick portfolio but I applied what I learned from the past, I did a forensic on the people behind the scam.

Often times when we don’t go with the flow, or hesitate with what our hearts desires we end up being just a millionaire, but before that we are billionaires.

I still prefer the tested investment over the quick-rich scenario.

It is getting in-tune with what your heart desires and being always comfortable with it.

If for instance I love to have a new iPhone just for fun of manifesting, I would check to see how I would react to it, feelings, etc. If I felt bad about it then I would listen to the following:
Love Bomb, Joy & Happiness, being grateful, thankful, yeah Dragon Reborn.

Whenever I can picture the iPhone in broad day light, then I guarantee I can have it in due time.

I took note that R.I.C.H is giving me a hard time getting into sleep, so instead of doing the MWF schedule I just do a once a week listening schedule or pass it completely. And the experienced is completely awesome, I think it will boost all other script (or help to amplify the other titles).

I decided to listen back to stage I knowing I would learned something different and rotate this with stage IV as well.

My primary company who was engaged on the country electronics products distribution has shifted into the whole ASEAN market, now I had a logistics problem. I had solve this nationwide but in other countries with different cultures, etc will always be a challenge. I will see how it will turn out.

I made a promise to myself to retain this small electronics business of mine, perhaps keep it small time catering small to medium services only. It becomes to big that it compete with my brothers warehouses, 10 times bigger or more. I posted it on my office not to expand this business, but I guess I had to break that promise because I need to have a huge warehouse to stack the new products and I need it as soon as possible.

Because of my sleep issue, I made a strict schedule to dive into bed at 7pm but my eyes is like program to turn on at 2am, and I keep dreaming with babies sleeping besides me.

Hesitation and regrets on having and not having a huge company, I choose to explore and go with whatever my heart tells me to do.

Inspiration from my small space rentals I opt to use every inch of my corridor to accommodate every stuff or ideas I need to put into. The rooftop becomes a showroom for the solar panels, they are actually working not just for demonstration. The sides of the building didn’t pass unnoticed I put up sensors both for experimentation and monitoring.

Since the area is elevated I ask engineering to evaluate the soil foundation and building, I’m planning to dig a basement and extend some part of the rooftop for parking and storage spaces.

I’ve been learning a lot in my travels about these distribution business, companies usually don’t tell their secrets but they don’t usually owned the whole system - not to avoid taxes but it was the most efficient thing to do. It also has the shared responsibility on problems along the way.

When the signing of papers on the company decision to shift to distribution services the phones keeps on ringing, I need to upgrade this part of the company, automate them for a more efficient tasks.

My staging would be:
Stage 1 for Monday, and Stage 2 for Wednesday and Friday for at least a month.

Stage 2 has a very good foundation on building solid business ideas but it would best work having a good exposure to Stage 1.

Stage 3 for Monday, and Stage 2 for Wednesday and Friday for the next month.

The corporate setting is quite different from sole proprietorship. It will take a lot of hard work to sell small items to get to the top, on the level below the millionaire. I think that’s the reason why below the millionaire they always work for the money to survive while the billionaire always make their money to work for them.

And when the going is going tougher - the way to millionaire is not easy, I saw people having a lot but in reality they are not that what people call really rich (having luxury cars, home, etc). because they are actually swimming with debts because they couldn’t manage their lives and so was their money.

Stage 3 contains the manifestation but still a good foundation has to be already be or planted solidly to the mind in order to bear good fruits, otherwise it will only results to confusion or regrets.

The challenges I had have was enormous and unfathomable, I get intimidated all the time. The Emperor and Khan proves worthy in facing those challenges.

This is where leadership is very important than being famous.

One of the reasons why I am bullish on stock market is the abundance of high dividend yield stocks.

Stocks with high dividend yields are a very attractive alternative to bonds for long-term investors, especially with interest rates expected to go down and the economic growth outlook improving.

Right now, there are many stocks with dividend yields with at least 5.4 percent.

Aside from utility companies (i.e., power, water, telcos) and REITs, some banks and consumer companies also now provide similar levels of dividend yields.

In addition to providing a competitive level of passive income, high dividend yield stocks have the potential of delivering significant capital appreciation once sentiment for the stock market improves.

Stocks are undoubtedly very cheap right now, with the index trading at only 9.3X P/E, which is more than two standard deviations below its 10-year historical average multiple of 15.5X.

If the index’s valuation reverts to the mean, capital appreciation potential is more than 60 percent! Upside could even be higher since the stock market also benefits from faster earnings growth that results from improving economic conditions.

High dividend stocks could also outperform the market in the short term since most companies announce their dividends shortly after disclosing their full year earnings results.

Aside from the dividend yield, it is important to determine the stock’s earnings growth outlook.

Consequently, if profits go down, dividend payments also go down. As such, the resulting dividend yield could be lower than expected.

Aside from having a higher capital appreciation potential, buying cheap stocks reduces the risk of losing money in case the need to sell the stock arises.

Unlike bonds where coupons are fixed, cash dividends are dependent on the company’s profits and are therefore not guaranteed.

Donald Trump signed an executive order on digital assets which promise to promote US leadership in digital assets and financial technology, while protecting economic liberty, it also seeks to establish regulatory clarity for digital financial technology.

There was a good interest on bitcoin investment, a lot of people in my country are into this kind of investment - getting a lot of money is the shortest time possible while they sleep.

I am anticipating Trump impact on tariffs, I am optimistic it will benefit us than the competition because they will rather buy our resources than anywhere else.

It is always a good idea to diversify assets, investment, and other business venture/s.

I spent some moment with my culinary friends, this folks usually don’t spend their rest days in restaurants - obviously its boring for them - they spent it hiding from the world.

My plan for this year was to become a cook, at least my mom will be able to recognize me and to impress her after all those struggling year when I sent the whole family to the restroom form eating my dish discomfort.

We had a lot of casual discussion and most of those discussion was intended for me - it’s all about women - why on earth they keep igniting that subject when I asked question about simple cooking.

And indeed they share their experienced but it was too hard for me to follow and the subject was changed to the other restaurant that wanted to sale their equipment. Since I have the connections I have the bargain price for those equipment and selling them for a profit.

In the discussion I remember one of them shared that their grandparents repeatedly emphasize the importance of not buying a status car or item, because it was not worth it at all. I don’t believe on that, when I bought mom a Mini Cooper because she keeps complaining about big vehicles, I never view the car as a status item but then the dealer saw me as a good ambassador to sell their cars so they used me to market their products and in return I earned without spending money.

I had this neighbor who was given a new luxury car from her parents after graduating from college but instead of just using the car for transportation she used it as a wedding car for rent.

I had my collection of rare painting and I exclusively sell them to selected people. I also love to buy rare antics and sell them to collectors worldwide.

I think the only thing unique or bad side on me is the gambling side, I participate on horse racing, sometimes other animals like cock fighting, etc.

I keep on noting this, when I’m going to get something into my life whether it is material or other things I can always get it - not relying on my own funds but there are situations that makes it a reality.

I think this is like on Napoleon Hill book, I read that book a dozen times but I was not that good at believing on something that don’t exist yet. I can’t grab the future into my present moment so it didn’t worked for me at that time.

Now I understood the importance of mindset, desire, faith, persistence, and specialized knowledge.

On me it started with Dragon Reborn, I had lots of vivid dreams, in fact my lucid dreams was upgraded into 800k beyond HD, that’s clear vision (very important) then desires (not just one but lots of them).

When I think of something, tangible or non-tangible it would actually gets dump because it will always stuck in the future, now it was different for me. The dominant emotions (not just the thought) would help get that desire to manifest. I watch myself in the mirror doing the drama into getting to imagine something, the passion has to be present in order for it to materialize.

The belief that it is already there is ridiculous, I would not try to demonstrate this someone because I might be sent to the mental hospital, but the idea always works, it just not natural to be holding something, feeling something non-existent.

EoG stage 3 with the fundamentals, could be with R.I.C.H or without.

I am smiling now and enjoying these magic. And one more thing Genesis Joy and Happiness is also good. I always gives thanks for anything I already have. And importantly whenever I shift my feelings into bad it will delay the manifestation.

There is this Parkinson law which says that no matter how much money people earn, they tend to spend the entire amount and a little bit more besides. Their expenses rise in lockstep with their incomes. Many people are earning today several times what they were earning at their first jobs.

I had this frugal habit I got from my parents, but taking risks is whats lacking from me - that was before I’m not having this wealth titles.

Especially when people are just new to having a lot they tend to expend it at once - a poor mindset.

In the past I always keep doing the break-even on my primary business, afraid of taking risks even though I have more than enough money to live for more than a life time.

R.I.C.H. could make you to expend more but in my case I usually do it to gained instead of expending just to waste away something. Like what I’m doing in real estate where I buy properties and make use on what ever stuff that I can make money of.

It has something to do with mindset and habits.

I had that experienced with Dragon Reborn when I finally decided to step out of my cave. I tend to be attractive to people having the same interest that I have and people who aren’t are blinded to see me. I believe this is crucial step in any wealth journey, because when your mingling around wealthy people just to make you look rich won’t work.

I am the kind of person that’s never gets intimidated with people who has new stuff, I can smell who has the real money and the ones who is drowning in debt.

But I also listen to advice now, I had this gambling habit - mom was never alright with it. My gains in crypto I used in my philanthropy activity, add some amount from my primary business, real estate on other business ventures but anything I gain in gambling I used it exclusively for travels and having fun.

My mindset was not that person who always chooses to stay on luxury hotel when I travel, instead I choose other cheaper alternative because I know I can always have a beautiful companion along the way - I learned this in Khan and maybe Wanted Black.

Habits - I don’t have a credit card, this will only incite you to buy more stupid things, instead I had a checking account so I can checked what ever things I bought. I move away from saving account because it won’t really save but only the banks will benefit from your money - I would rather invest them to gain more.

I visited the farm today and had a lot of conversation with the other farmers. They talk about having the newest technology and fertilizer/s that according to the scientific papers are proving to increased output.

The Law of Diminishing Returns
If you are going to put more fertilizer (input), after a certain point, adding more may actually reduced productivity. It is also the same with the subliminal titles, having to listened multiple titles or multiple loops (thinking you can have it all in one settings) will gain nothing.

The law of diminishing returns is an economic principle stating that as investment in a particular area increases, the rate of profit from that investment, after a certain point, can’t continue to increase if other variables remain constant. As investment continues past that point, the rate of return begins to decrease.

Another example, the law states that in a production process, adding workers might initially increase output. However, at a certain point the optimal output per worker will be reached. Beyond that point, each additional worker’s efficiency will decrease because other factors of production remain unchanged, such as available resources.
