Best title for building patience?

After 2 listens of Sanguine(in this cycle) it kinda hit me just now. Here’s an idea you might consider, it’s just a new way to look at this situation. Maybe it’s not patience you need, it’s clarity. So I think Sanguine fits that bill.

I was working and feeling clear, not having it all planned out or knowing what’s next. I’m just doing what I’m doing now.

I think when you have clarity, it’s this knowing that it’s going to be okay, you can trust yourself. For me a big level up is being okay with not knowing. I can’t force things but as they play out I oft find that I don’t need to. So to me that goes beyond patience. Like if I know something is coming and I know when, all I can do is wait. But if I’m not waiting and I’m okay with what is time passes faster and it’s a more harmonious experience.

I tend to not remember that there a few new titles completely off my radar yet. HeO is one of them. Also that Lineage title could actually be a sleeper. Who needs more patience than a parent or someone dealing with kids?

I don’t know if it’s recommended for those of us without kids, but it will certainly develop those types of attributes in us that would also benefit other areas of our lives. I think most people have what they’d consider a family so it would even work for those without the kids. Yea if patience is really what you’re after, and at least you have something you’d consider a family, no matter the size, Lineage looks like the ticket. Patience and Understanding and a whole host of supporting qualities.

Actually I take that back, maybe it is for people with kids only. But it hits on all the right qualities for sure.

In my observation, on a practical level, impatience comes down to a rejection of the present moment; of the present conditions.

You can’t be both 1) fully engaged with and immersed in what is currently happening, and 2) highly impatient.

This is what I observe in myself.

It’s a paradox of aspiration. And I think it’s a mistake.

We make the superficially reasonable assertion that: ‘If I really want something that is not this, then I must really not want this, and therefore I should completely reject this’.

That’s what leads to impatience.

But there’s a very simple and useful old expression about Babies and Bathwater.

The truth is that the seeds of whatever you want are actually right here in what you have right now.

Recognize those seeds and then encourage them to develop in the directions that you want.

That is the right approach. It’s obvious when you think about it.

If you want something to grow, you have a much greater chance of success if you actually cultivate it properly. Instead of throwing some seeds on the ground, and then going home to just sit there holding your breath.

This does not mean we should do too much. It means we should stay connected.

So practically speaking, modules that help you to be in the present moment and relax into things as they are (Everpresent, Stonelike, Harmonic Singularity, etc);

modules that help you to perceive conditions clearly, accurately, and strategically (Awakened Perception, All-Seeing, etc.)

Modules that help you to stay focused on what you really prioritize (The Single Point, etc.)

Modules that let you find joy and connection in being in the present moment (Joie de Vivre, The Flow, The Wonder, Spiritual Reality Alignment)

Modules that support you to ground your emotions and stay centered (The Foundation, Vortexdive Crucible

Modules that help you to believe in yourself and that what you are working for is possible (Faith Unyielding, Divine Self-Image)

And then of course, there’s also Virtue Series: Temperance.

All of those above will help with experiencing Patience. When you are engaging deeply with things, you don’t have to worry about Patience because it arises naturally.

Summarized
Cultivate meaningful, purposeful engagement, joy in being, and joy in working towards goals, and you will automatically manifest patience.

Joie De Vivre was one of my favorite feel good modules. I actually wanna see the guy make this custom, so that I can live vicariously.
