But you need to watch out for listening instructions of ZP titles first, and ASAP.
It’s people doing stupid shit like this that messes things up for the rest of us.
Read the fucking manual.
Edit: A little harsh I admit, but I’m sick of this kind of thing that leads to SC wanting to nerf titles so that people like this don’t hurt themselves. I flagged the post for SC to deal with, I encourage others to do so as well.

@PrabhatKC if that’s the case, you should be able to download the updated versions of the subs in your account. You get free download for the subs you already bought
Take a break for a week or two, read the new instructions and start using updated subs
EDIT: Though, he really did some stupid shit in the past lol
And I seriously doubt he actually bought anything either.

You should also download the updated version of the subs & follow the new listening schedule in the pdf that comes alongside them.

I’ll quickly add my two cents - 124 hours over 13 days is 9.5 hours per day of listening.
Official recommendation is microloops, maxing out to 15 minutes, every other day.
Just as @PrabhatKC was warned in 2020, again, he’s overdoing it to the extreme. This is an excellent way to block up your subconscious for a while and spin your wheels in place.
This is exactly why we have to be careful with what we release.
Please do not follow this example. There is nothing good that comes out of it. I’m not saying it out of a desire to slow down people’s progress, or because Fire doesn’t know what he’s talking about, or some other weird idea people might have.
I’m saying this because following this path will literally be a waste of your time. At best.
@PrabhatKC, stop it. Download the latest versions, take a week long washout, follow the instructions and do 1 title only. Restart stage 1 from the beginning while listening correctly.

You meant you paid your friend to obtain these subs? At this point I think it is better to let these go and consider what you paid sunk costs. I feel like it is akin to digging a hole since you are stuck with old files with no updates and when you face an issue not many users here can resonate with you since we are using the new versions that can be quite different from Q.
