I actually have a quote journal. Creative practice I’ve been doing for a long time, where I write a quote at the end of every day.
It’s daily reflection + processing + self-improvement (looking at everyday as a lesson to be gleaned wisdom from) + gratitude at the end of the day for the lesson + creativity/perspective stimulator
After doing that for a while, your subconscious mind will almost use it as a way to give you insight.
If you ever watched a TV series, the episodes have names that capture the theme of the content. Every day in life is like a TV episode, and the quotes are the names of the episodes. Something like that, lol.
