Thats correct, but they in danger to be disloyal to their tribe.

“Terrible things where done during WW2 with good conscience” rephrase by Bert Hellinger. Killings millions of jews were done with good, clean conscience. Most war criminals died at the age of 90 something.

Conscience is a very tricky thing…

“Common sense is not so common” - realisation of people with common sense.

The first realization about common sense is finding out that many people lack it.

The second realization about common sense is finding out the many times we ourselves lacked it.

The second realization is more powerful.

In subs (and life), make sure to set goals. Even if they are unrealistic, they provide the direction in which to travel, the definition of forward progress.

And if you feel you should never have unrealistic goals…

“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.”
– Norman Vincent Peale

I actually like it the other way around.

“Shoot for the stars. Even if you land on the moon, you’re come farther than most people and you’re halfway there already.”

So feel free to set a goal to be a billionaire. If you end up a multi-millionaire instead, would you really complain? Or would you be satisfied that you’re definitely heading in the right direction and you can travel the rest of the way in style?

From Plato’s Apology:

“I am wiser than this man, for neither of us appears to know anything great and good; but he fancies he knows something, although he knows nothing; whereas I, as I do not know anything, so I do not fancy I do.”

Better known as the “I know that I do not know” quote from Socrates.

I used to do this Yoga program called The Ultimate Yogi by Travis Eliot. He had a line that caught my attention. I think it was in the Yin Yoga video where he said this line.

The line was something like: By doing nothing, everything begins to happen.

The source of so many awesome quotes.

But to keep them applicable to subliminals and self-development:
“I don’t know where I am going, but I am on my way.”

“Every man is guilty of all the good he did not do.”

“Dare to think for yourself.”

“The most important decision you make is to be in a good mood.”
(He obviously never had reconciliation)

“Think for yourself and let others enjoy the privilege of doing so too.”

“Faith consists in believing what reason cannot.”
(There you have it, Voltaire says: subliminals work!)

“Appreciation is a wonderful thing. It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.”

“Our wretched species is so made that those who walk on the well-trodden path always throw stones at those who are showing a new road.”

“The more I read, the more I acquire, the more certain I am that I know nothing.”
– Voltaire

Also known as Beachbody’s Insanity for Yogis, since replaced by LevelUp 108 released by himself and his boo Lauren (instead of Udaya). Pretty much identical. Not for beginners.

The most annoying thing about him is the amount of talking he does during Yin sessions, when all I want is to focus on nothing but my breath until I can get out of the position and the pain stops. But every time he talks it brings my focus back and makes 5 minutes seem like 50.

For Yin, I’ll take Kassandra. Who by the way is one of those financial success stories, it took her about 2 years to reach total financial freedom.

I am okay with the talking by Travis in his Yin Yoga sessions. It passes the time for me and I receive some useful reminders.

I can see how it can be annoying for some. My brother cannot stand his voice when he hears Travis when I just do stretching with Yin Yoga with Travis.

With Kassandra, I did not know about her financial success story. I have done a few videos from her for home yoga practices. As I have finished a couple of Yoga By Adriene programs, I may follow some Kassandra yoga videos on the regular.

But to leave with something inspirational, I believe it was @BeautifulSoulGoddess that mentioned Reiki the other day, which reminded me of the 5 Reiki principles:

“Kyo dake wa, okolu-na.”
Just for today, I will not be angry.

“Kyo dake wa, shinpai suna.”
Just for today, I will not worry.

“Kyo dake wa, kansha shite.”
Just for today, I will be grateful.

“Kyo dake wa, goo hage me.”
Just for today, I will do my work honestly.

“Kyo dake wa, hito ni shinsetsu ni.”
Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.

I had a teacher who had these on her bathroom mirror. Not the worst intentions to start every morning with. She had Ho 'oponopono on her bedroom mirror to close the day off.

EDIT: Had 2 the wrong way 'round apparently. Learning Japanese is on my ToDo list. :slightly_smiling_face:
