Here is a tip on gradually ascending the levels of Awareness: Simply become aware of more. And don’t be too quick to try to shove things that present themselves to you out of your awareness. The reason they are presenting themselves to you is for you to go through them, transcend them, and free-up the energy to that higher state of more, and more, and more, and more, and more, and more, and more awareness.
