if im trying to work on my finances/career then what works best is ejaculating 5-6 times per week. anything less then that and my mind is too preoccupied with sex and negatively impacts my ability to focus on money.
if im trying to work on sex/women then it’s more complicated and i still im not really sure what works best but if i was forced to choose i would say ejaculating at least 2-3 times per week is best. but again for this aspect i need to do more testing.

i know sounds crazy but my theory of the 3 keys to health, diet, exercise, and sleep. i believe sleep is more important then the other 2 combined.
i never workout and eat like shiet but i take my sleep more seriously then anyone i have ever met; im almost paranoid about protecting my quality of sleep.
currently all my energy is spent on a project im passionate about but still have a lot of thoughts about sex, i feel a strong desire to pursue women that i fight almost daily and that is why i need to ejacualte daily or those thoughts will overwhelm me and i will get on tinder, hit the clubs, etc…

I’m on True Sell, RICH, and EOG stage 3 this week.
RICH gives me intense recon today. Head aches fatigue. So clearly some growth here.
Started the week first two days solidly in sales performance but equal to previous week and not my best yet so nothing out of the ordinary from RICH yet…
I find myself craving running an Alpha title again, heartstrong and oddly PCC.
I also had the first physical set back from working out, so had to take a few days off. Also craving LOTs and Wanted for looks, and intellectually craving paragon for healing.
So I’m all over the place lol
I miss HOM as well already.
As of this week I have the higest close rate in the company even though I’m new. Impressive.
Close rate is not the only metric that matters though and I’m not at where I want to be.
Clearly I’m annoyed by everything now lol

There are SOO many incredible subs.
I saw this not from any lack of clarity just the sheer joy and desire of all these incredible different worlds to enter and grow in. Many of them would directly address my wants and goals.

I’m incredibly disappointed in RICH so far. Especially with such clear pipelines and funnels
I did medium cash wise, but nothing that was even even with my best.
I ran for about 10 days and on my 5 days of washout.
I will give it more time of course, since I am having a bit of recon.
Not a criticism of the sub at all, simply disappointed in my results on it so far.
I was planning on a True Sell/RICH custom but have to see it move the needle in reality a bit more before filling that slot.
With the hope of better improving any scripting, would you please enter a support ticket about this

In the two Weeks RICH should have significantly improved the amount of sales or revenue per sales.
Not clear I have any comments on RICH itself. My mood/doubt/recon could be effecting my manifestation. So at this point disappointed in my results rather than the product itself.

It’s masterful but has huge potential and room for improvement.

I realized this has been what I’ve been doing to great effect, but also maybe making things a little harder on myself. As it’s outside the recommended listening parameters for 3 ZP titles.
What are your thoughts on this?
