Has anyone ever used ayahuasca as an infusion before meditation?
@RVconsultant - please move this thread to the Emperor’s Lounge section. Not a subliminal-related question.
Umm, what now? As an infusion? Not sure what you mean by that.
Say more?
In fact, I saw that ayahuasca is a psychoactive drink prepared from plants, Banisteriopsis caapi and psychotria viridis, it would allow access to the subconscious and release blockages but also strengthen meditation and introspection. And so I wanted to know if members of the forum have heard of it or if they have even been able to experiment?
I see.
I wouldn’t reccomend it. Ayah is one of the strongest psychedelics on the planet, the only things stronger and more intense are Salvia and smoked DMT.
Ayah is also very hard on the body, and generally causes intense physical purging. Vomiting and pooping yourself.
Ayah also often causes entity contact, which makes it also a poor choice for improving introspection in the way you are suggesting.
So, for meditation, vomiting, pooping yourself, and speaking to a 6d meso-american demon that is demanding your attention is probably not what your looking for.
If you want use Ayah, then go to a church or retreat and strap in for a reality shattering experience.
I’ve experimented with every classical psychedelic except for Ayah, but I know people who have done it and there are private churches where I live that run ceremonies. If you’re in the U.S. there might be a church near you that does it too. They are becoming common.
For what you’re looking for, you’d want to look at microdosing mushrooms. Mushrooms are safe, becoming more legal across the USA and Europe, and rather easy to safety obtain.
Also, it’s easy to get mushrooms and know they are safe and legit because it’s a damn mushroom lol. In some cases you can even legally buy them online safely and legally.
LSD is also a good choice, it’s safe, it’s well researched, and there is a LOT of great academic material on it. I’d reccomend “The Psychedelic Explorers Guide” by James Fadiman it’s a great book that’s a master class in the basics of use.
if your lucky enough to know a chemistry professor who makes it as a hobby that’s great, elsewise, be careful. Never take risks with compounds, there’s a lot of dangerous stuff out there right now that can game end you in one go.
LSD is also harder to get the microdose right because it’s dosed in micrograms. A tiny difference in dose is the difference between leaving the material plane, and giggling a little.
Do your research and beware. Right now there are companies legally selling research chemicals as “mushroom candies”. It’s technically legal, but the compounds have not been tested with the same rigor as LSD and Mushrooms.
Don’t do it.
Not worth it.
Use 1 Gramm Amanita Muscaria and your completely in tune with subs.
The short answer. Except I’d go golden teachers personally. Very introspective, not super visual or reality bending at low doses.
You get it Amigo.
Less is more with Amanita
Except if its a poisonous one?..Or the dose is too high because you never know how much psylocybin is in each cap?
Aren’t there in people psychiatric wards from having a psychotic break or drug induced psychosis, even from one tab?
Didn’t you experiment with Ayahuasca and go on retreats and were a real fan at one stage?
Had some experiences that put you off?
Knowledge is power. Psychedelic Explorers Guide by James Fadiman.
I am with the medicin for the rest of my life.
Ayahuasca and subs don’t mix.
One or the other.
But Amanita is perfect with subs.
Okay, I’ll find out, thanks for your response.
However, I have a question. I see that some users talk about meditation as a way to communicate with their subconscious and get guidance. Is there a particular meditation technique that works well or a process to follow?
@Leandros @praisetheurdtree
Carl Jung is probably what you’re looking for. Carl Jung is pretty much the guy who’s work made all this possible. So if you want to go deeper into these topics I would start looking into Carl Jung,
In terms of technique the subliminals themselves will open communication with the subconcious.
The subconcious communicates to us (according to Carl Jung) through signs, synchronicities, dreams, and emotions.
Getting into communication with the subconcious is really about training yourself to be more sensitive to the messages that the subconcious is already sending you.
Meditation helps clear mental chatter and focus the mind which helps us become more sensitive to what’s already coming through.
The veil between conscious and subconcious is thinnest near sleep.
Technique Training the Hypnogogic State
Your goal is to put your body to sleep but keep your awareness awake.
This technique is done most easily as you are going to sleep at night. The reason why is that your brain and body is already releasing chemicals to shut off for the night.
Lie down in bed, relax the whole body, and allow the mind to do whatever it wants. Simply become a passive observer of the mind.
Stay completely still and focus on relaxing deeper and deeper, and simply watching the thoughts of the mind without attachment.
If you’ve stayed still, and you’ve kept your awareness non-attached to the mind. You might start to notice physical sensations in the body, don’t react to them, and try not to move.
Eventually, you will start to notice images arising in the mind, almost as though a film is playing in your minds eye, and it’s playing without your conscious control or awareness.
When you reach this state, your body should feel very heavy and relaxed.
This state is the hypnogogic state, this is the state in which you can communicate more directly with your subconcious mind.
With enough practice you ask questions, get answers, etc. You can also learn to project from this state, so for the spiritual, this is a good state to train.
If your talented you might get this on the first try, or if you’re like me, it might take a while to get there consistently.
Technique Dream Journal
Dreams are the domain of the subconscious, keep a dream journal to encourage remembering dreams and practice analyzing them.
Take it for granted that all dreams have meaning, and generally the meaning is symbolic not literally.
Only you can interpret your dreams, because your dreams are a dialog between you and your subconscious.
“The Silva Mind Control Method” by Jose Silva is a great book. It’s short, it’s to the point, it’s effective. It has one of the most effective and straight forward meditation techniques I’ve used.
I don’t know
But when I am listening to the subs I am cheerleading internaly and celebrate all the good success that are coming from listening to the sub while it is playing and it works phenomenal for me.
There are a few, and it’s definitely worth looking into. Mushrooms, LSD, ayahuasca etc, these are things that may be available at limited times; the mind and physical body is always available. What plant allies do is to manipulate your biology and signalling pathways in order to give you a temporary experience of what would otherwise take a lot longer to accomplish.
Meditation is not just a mental or spiritual pursuit either, it can involve the body. Holding your breath for example has an effect on all types of processes including stem cell migration, spleen volume and operations, and which part of your nervous system is most active.
Typically you can divide meditations into a number of different categories by their effects, including reduction in unnecessary mental chatter, connecting with the gut-brain, mind/body awareness, and hemispheric communication.
If you’re looking to communicate with your “subconscious” or to improve the signalling between the conscious and “subconscious” parts, a breathing meditation which focuses on awareness of the solar plexus/gut brain can be very helpful. There are some Taoist meditations which are good here, and there are also some books with a Western slant such as Marcot Paret’s Awakening your other Brain. Or you can just look them up on Google/Youtube or a GPT and find a good description.
Thank you for this information, I will find out for myself.
What do you mean by internally? Can you clarify? I don’t understand.
Thank you for this information. I didn’t know that there were so many different meditations. Among the ones you mentioned, is there one that you practice daily? And what changes has it brought to your life?
