Could you elaborate more on these principles?
You also have to consider the corruption now days in society.

I am talking about general economic principles. And also strategies for working within specific markets.
I’m not skilled in that area, although sometimes I’m able to see some connections.
My main point is that practical knowledge and ‘know-how’ matters as much or more than hard work. So many people gain benefits simply due to proximity to opportunity and information and selecting the right social and economic contexts in which to establish themselves.
2 tea/coffee sellers who work equally hard are going to generate different amounts of wealth depending on the particular tea/coffee drinkers to whom they have access and depending on how well they know and understand the habits of those tea/coffee drinkers.
And I haven’t even mentioned the importance of knowing yourself. And of knowing what kinds of hard work are most sustainable for you.

I would also say, to be more specific (and also characteristically abstract):
The strategic application and placement of VALUE is what influences the flows of EXCHANGE.
Wealth arises from flows of Exchange.
Whether you’re on the plains of Mars, the desert of Kalahari, or the streets of New York. It’s always going to be about identifying and communicating/interacting around VALUE and Access to VALUE.
That’s a pretty abstract way of putting it. But every economic situation is going to involve this, in my opinion.
The basic question of personal economics:
How do I (and how can I) optimally participate in interactions about VALUE?

And what is definitive definition of VALUE? I searched Google and still its abstract to me.
Of course, it is something that people want and if you have it, people will want to pay for it.
But… is there a way to estimate Value? Or guide how to… create it or something?

VALUE is the subjective representation of desire, of need, and/or of utility.
It is not a fixed quantity or a static characteristic. Like Gravity or Blood Pressure, its precise influence and magnitude shifts and adjusts in relation to an ongoing flow of conditions.
It’s like understanding CURRENT when you’re trying to swim in the ocean or in a river.
Understanding that there are powerful waves of Current gives you a better chance to successfully survive the swim. Because at least you have some basic idea of what you need to pay attention to. But as far as ACTUALLY developing competence in dealing with those currents, that’s going to take skill, luck, observant awareness of the environment. But at least once you understand the concept of CURRENT, you’re no longer just overwhelmed by chaos. You understand that there’s a pattern to the forces around you.
In the same way, if we approach human marketplaces, or spaces of exchange, with an awareness that Desire and Need (and utility) are experienced as Value, we’ll have a simple method for creating a map of the currents of the marketplace.
Anyway, that’s the basic idea. Of course, there are other ways to look at it. That just happens to be mine.

Today I worked with “Give - Take” balance and 100% sure that Value and balance GT are somehow interconnected.

Decided to go under the radar at work now. Stroke my superiors ego’s and flirt with ladies the whole time at work. 
Whether I put effort or not I won’t get more money in this stupid teaching job. I am building my business on the side also.
All I see in situations at work now is what’s in it for me. I am no longer taking much pride in my job but keeping things in check so it’s not picked up on by superiors.
I know look at superiors like sheep. Doing they job at 100% with such fragile ego’s.
I devote most of my time in my family time and spend tons of time with my kid.
I will draft a plan to leave teaching or charm all my work to others

There is a guy at work who behaves like a bully alpha. He created a WhatsApp group some time back that I mentioned before in my journal and I left the group. Simply because he doesn’t buy me data so why should I be there ?
He then asked the union representative to ask me what the problem was that I had left. I said it like it is about the data issue.
I have noticed after that incident that this guy keeps looking for my faults and mistakes and waits to capitalise on them and use that to belittle me. He calculates what he says and how he says it and in presence of people.
I still greet him and keep it professional but in me i can see the game he is playing.
What do I do ?

Why do bullies bully? (Apart from the fact that others let them get away with it, of course).
Because they are both unhappy and insecure.
Think about this, because I’m not going to do all your thinking for you.
And now congratulations, you know their weak points and how to exploit them.
You can now turn the bully into your very own pet project as you can push, prod and goad him into spontaneously combusting.
Everybody needs a hobby.
Or you could just get a better job.
