Trying to keep my newest custom from being too cumbersome. I feel like Stark, Primal Ascension and Ultimate Artist must be a pretty dense combination to start with.
At first I wanted to keep this to 10 total modules but now I have crept up to 16, which I worry gets it to be too cumbersome to be effective. I am really loading it up with alpha body language and behavior elements.

to each of my new customs.
What’s your thinking with that?
Just to keep hammering down the things that are mostly the reason we aren’t happy.
I think most people would function at a pretty high level without anxiety, a negative inner voice, doubt, ptsd, etc.
I am not sure we need to add to our capabilities as much as we need to simply get out of our own way.
So I am thinking of a model in which greater functionality comes from clearing away rather than adding.
That makes sense. It’s sort of like integrating your own Emotional Limit Destroyer (but I guess more extensive and powerful) into every custom.
Gives me food for thought about what Staple Modules I might want to include in several different programs. My first two Customs were fully packed-out; but my ideas for future Customs tend to have at least a few empty slots available.
I am also thinking Ego Adsum might be a crucial module in that it is about being in the here and now and not constantly shifting out of it into our imaginings of the past and future.
My first custom was just Ascension, Primal and Sex Mastery X, which seem to me to be the most obvious base subs that everything else could be an extrapolation from, and then the main 5 healing modules of I Am, Blue Skies, New Directions, Februus, and Ares. To top it off, Ego Adsum as a reminder to be and stay in the now, and Lion IV as an evolving conduit for masculine power.
That was 10 slots. Relatively small main programs and then the minimum effective dose as far as the other programs go.
I am going to finalize and submit a new custom today and will probably also write up my reasons for picking what I pick, just to more clearly conceptualize what my goals are and how the major cores and modules serve those goals.
