Ascension + Power Can Corrupt sounds like an excellent stack.
I’m currently running Chosen + RICH + PCC (haven’t taken it that far yet, only a few days in)

Can you expand on what you mean by having panic/anxiety attacks are clear signs of transforming too fast?
Instead of reducing listening time, e.g. slow down the transformation, how one should “catch up” with the transformation?
I think that changing too fast can cause anxiety because you are just so in shock of the things you just said or did because you would never do or day such things, but you just did and it can cause anxiety and panic but you eventually can used to your new reality and the anxiety goes away

How long did it take for you to overcome the panic/anxiety, i.e. for you to get used to the new powerful version of you? What actions did you take or what things did you find helpful?
There are many reasons. One is that your body has to adapt to your new “personality” if you decide on a new archetype this archetype will have to reflect bodily in a new chemical make-up and “fragrance”, energetic that is.
Here it will put “stress” on your body.
Also is the reason that you may be overwhelmed mentally by the amount of internal changes, and others around you who are not used to this new you, and have to adapt, new unexpected circumstances, etc
This is all a form of stress, if you will.
Newness and unforeseen circumstances bring stress to the system.
Slow down, or increase your propensity for change.
Health is always the main key here.
Mental health, bodily health… strength too.

It asks a lot of the mind and body but this should not be a problem if you are healthy and strong.
Most of this is going to be extreme in the beginning of a new Custom, or changing direction completely. Once you rolled the balled and found yourself steadily increasing momentum it will be only an expansion upon the foundation that you layed… this will be less stressful as you have completed the foundation and see where you heading… so no unpleasant surprises.

It is also important to understand we are not he personality, it is required for us to play a role in the theater of society 
, but it is important to be happy and resonate with the character you are playing in this plot.
I’m happy with Stark and Chosen, but some behaviours I emit on Ascension caused me constant self-hate because it felt not “right” to me, as the deeper part of who I am did not resonate with it.
There is quite a wide repository of programs here and sometimes is good to have a feel for all of them and see what is truly beneficial for you in the here now moment.
But I have noticed that Zero Point guides you into that and it will let you know and make you aware of what “suits” and what does not suit…

I’m for example here playing the role of the helpful servant because it personally brings me joy.
I like to be of service to others.
Everyones Spiritual journey is different and whether you are actively on that journey or not we are all evolving even if it takes a million lifetimes.
We are all constantly facing the lessons that life reflects for our greater evolution and in preparation for bigger tasks and responsibilities of being more “life”.
A little tangent but I felt it belonged here.

I still sometimes get it but the frequency is dropping and the intensity is also dropping so each time is much shorter and easier and most of the times I just be like “stop panicking it’s just recon” and that’s it

I asked this before to another member but wanna ask you too - what indicators do you think show that a sub is suitable to a user? Is it simply intuition, a feeling, or fast/grand external manifestations, or no reconciliation, or…?

You’ve run Ascension for around 3 months right? I think you’re ready for Emperor if that’s what is calling you.
Actually I’m now at my second cycle, third cycle of you count the first cycle of ascension I ever did but then I jumped into khan and it was a mistake, i feel like I am ready for emperor but I promised to myself I will run ascension for at least 3 consecutive cycles

If you have a hobby, why have you chosen this hobby? You must love it, it “clicks”, it resonates with you, your innermost qualities, skills and gifts… whatever that means.
If a subliminal brings you lots of results and you enjoy them?
But this does not mean if a program gives you reconciliation that it may not resonate in the future.
This is to me a form of resonance… how close to your nature is it.
For me Wanted is close to my nature but it still gave me reconciliation. The more I run it the closer it will become.
But I was trying to communicate there is a being beyond the facade (personality and character — which a subliminal does transform) something you are, within you, your true essence and this essence is an accumulation of lifetimes. For some this essence might have been a king, a warrior, knight whatever and resonates more with the stronger, more grounded archetypes…
See what I mean, I hope this makes sense?
If you run a program for a long time and have surpassed the reconciliation and healing phase it will go smoothly and this may indicate suitableness as you described. But I was trying to bring awareness to our essence and find an archetype that naturally resonates with this essence which you may call the Soul. This is your awareness, for some it may be subtle others will know this awareness better but it has a fragrance and energy also… beyond the forms and identities…
Also our physical bodies may characterise this if you are grand in stature, you can develop muscle people of lesser height often have other qualities that may suit there purpose in this lifetime. Nothing is truly by accident but most is as such for your greater development and growth in a lifetime.
